But what if BTC will dump again till $3k? I think in this case we will see new market dump. And crypto world will be fully reformatted. Many weak and kiddy traders and investors will sell by any price. I don't want but wait for such scenario

Panic is understandable with such huge price drops. This is the behavior of markets where the investment risk is very high. Always in such situations, try to stay calm, because sooner or later the price will start to grow, and then we can regret decisions taken in panic.
That's exactly what I meant. Such huge price drops probably surprised everyone. I did not expect the ETH price to drop below $300 and today we have $120
I strongly believe that it will not be worse anymore and now the price will only increase. But even if it fell even more, I will definitely not sell anything.

I hope that recovery will start soon or else the situation will make its position worse for the holders as some people started to panic sell because of the massive dumps from the past days if you are a motivated long-term holder and you knew your position then hold tight and do not watch the prices frequently, if you are a short-term holder then you should be setting stop loss to your trading platform to make some advantage to the raging market.

Indeed small marketcap enables to earn a big profit when the bullrun starts. But the thing is that we don't know yet if we are even near the bottom. You could make money by buying now, but there is also the possibility that we take more falls until the market has been totally cleaned from the useless coins and tokens.

Agree here. Let us remember that throughout January to November, we have seen countless threads telling us WOW everything is oversold. Everything is totally hit the absolute floor. Market is so extremely sold it will bounce back. And marketcap will explode for ABCDE coins.
But guess what? Things kept getting lower. And then when it was stable for months everyone said see, this is consolidation we will now moon.
We may have hit the bottom. Or we may be waiting to see more. It's impossible to know.

yep that marketcap reduction is definetely good in long term but I mean LONG term. it means there are gonna be long tough times for hodlers. They have to hold their huge bags for a year at least

Bitcoin at 20k usd was pure speculative price. Now the price is adjusting to fundamentals and not pure speculation. The volatility will dry down for good which in turn get more people to invest in bitcoin.

If you wanna see news like "Facebook will run their own exchange", you just need to go to sleep then it'll happen in your dream. Investors have been waiting for almost a year withholding their coins for buying them at a decent price. But the market still is in the same condition and it can be because it is a volatile market. According to my logic investors should not be panic but keep patience for a little while.

Like I've said countless times already, hodlers are usually the worst hit when the market nosedives forcing them to hodl even further, which therefore makes the incentive of hodling almost useless. But overall, a small marketcap is usually a recipe for a big jump, so in the end it's profitable for some and yet bad for some too.
