I agree, the cryptocurrency market may freeze investments for another few years. It is dangerous to invest credit money or money that is very necessary for a person.

If you came to crpto market at 2018 and expecting return on that year then you are not the only one who are in loss for now,almost all the crypto holders are in huge loss due to the long bear market but as you said this is not going to the end soon the prices will recover and will give profits for you as you wanted.
True investors are unyielding and continue to be enthusiastic about the market conditions and others that make them stressful. We all know that in every event there must be a lesson and now if we can think positively we must have the opportunity to buy quality coins at low prices, but on the other hand we do not know when the market is recovering and we are in difficult conditions to continue making money. This is a test of our brain to think about how to continue producing in Bearish markets, in my opinion investing in coins that you have mastered and playing safely.

One valuable lesson I got in 2018 was 'do research and be confident about the decisions we make'. Crypto is the right investment, but it is not good for "uncertain" market conditions, like the last 2 years. Do research on what we will invest later.

If you were living in 2010 then yes, it would work. But, for now in 2019 and if you are waiting for another 5 years without having any income is a terrible idea. You can't just put all your money and wait for the miracle until next 10 years, you gonna missing some great opportunities.

Many little experienced people who come for quick profits are also quickly disappointed and feel deceived, as a result of this they can fall into despair and in order to save at least something, in their opinion, are sold at unprofitable prices.
Investing in your future is never a bad idea, but have some responsibility with it. We all hope these investments will one day reach Narnia, but we have no assurances. Shouting from the tree tops that people should buy could potentially impact someone in a negative light, though this may not be your intention, the potential consequence are still quite real, especially for investors who are not analytical or sophisticated. You should consider mentioning that they should not invest more than they can afford to lose, or it may leave them in a bad place if the coin they selected does not pan out.

almost everyone has his share of misfortunes in crypto. but the nice thing is that everything is not yet over. bitcoin once reached 20k usd. now its around 3.8k usd. this means bitcoin is being very affordable at this moment. bitcoin price getting back to 20k usd will just be a matter time. and i strongly believe 20k is not its highest price. it will someday overtake that 20k and go beyond far far away.
I think everyone has kept their cryptocurrency. Investors have only decreased by a couple of tens of percent, I think many have remained on the market and there will still be a large infusion of cash, let's see what happens in the future, the main thing is to wait!
Just invest what you can afford to lose coz when you said "don't quit investing" it seems like you just invest and invest without thinking what are you investing to. I suggest to invest on coins with solid foundation or solid team and project is still active one example is TRON. Don't just invest because you see the price has dump coz there will be a possibility that it will get dump even more. Think before you invest!
This is golden opportunity who wants to enter in cryptocurrency in terms of investment, but it is unfortunate for me as I started invested totally wrong at time when big balloon is on the route of explode.
Still, despite my thoughts about the fact that cryptocurrency will be even more cheaper, it seems to me that investing in good projects today does not exclude the possibility of making money in the future. So try to do something useful will be cool.
