i guess so , we just experience it before and it happens year by year , and bitcoin still exist till rightnow , if you really trust blockchain system it will not affect you
the reason why many stresses much is due to lack of enough knowledge,many of us wished we wouldn't stress this much, but without the bear market will just be one way and not interesting. for example now,m i had to hold some coin this long because of the bear. if not i would have just sold almost all and there wont be a break to rest transaction.
I don't stress too much because now bitcoin grow, but i still wait to see altcoins growing as happen on 2017 and the problem is that still i didn't see any sign of bull run starting for altcoins, but possible will take way more.
Bitcoin is growing but it is not normal that altcoins are not growing.
If we won't face any increase in altcoins price in the next markets then I think that this huge growth in Bitcoin's price is going to move on the other direction as it goes now.

I think, right now the people who hold the altcoin are under stress, and I am one of them. well, the development of bitcoin is currently quite good, however, most of the altcoins that I hold are like staying in place. well, the price is still very stable. We should always stay positive in the market because if you feel stress definitely it will hurt you a lot in long term, even though you lose value just leave it there because definitely, you will make a huge amount of profit. Those people that are too stressed about bear market are being hyped by fomo. Maybe they buy at its peak or near it. When correction happens they lose alot of money, worse they have more than 50% loss. We must know when it is good time to buy. Not buy when it's already being hyped up. Bear market is healthy because it is an opportunity for traders and investors to buy more.
Timing is very important each time you play around the market, if you buy at the peak tendency to sell it out with loses always present while buying when the market is dipping always have advantages to bounce back and bring you a good profitable results.Trade with your good understanding and never to ride without any knowledge, stop fomoing and start tracing the right path to follow.

I have removed from fear from my dictionary. The bear market can scare you, but you can't sell while you're scared because you might have made a wrong decision. Control your emotions and not be afraid of anything if you want to be a winner in Crypto. Fear only makes you weak and fall through.

It is very true if you do not carry stress when there is a decline in the price of altcoin and bitcoin, because bitcoin and altcoin will definitely rise again, and indeed all activities in life do not carry stress, live life patiently and always work hard a field that we pursue

Only people with big spirits are able to deal with situations like this, because they know that the market situation will not always run smoothly so they always think positively and be patient in facing the possibility that will happen as it is today.
