I am debugging paying out the last person in the game. We're looking at a midnight EDT opening. I just want to make damn sure there are no bugs.
The first round will be limited to 0.1 btc, so if anything does screw up, it won't be that bad lol.
Just need to make sure end-game payouts work, and we will be up and running.

+1 for last entry incentive. Could push more payouts too if people are trying to recoup pot on expected loss. Should be interesting. If you're taking suggestions: make min/max limits close to each other to promote greater player throughput, or at least cap max entries. Gives players more predictability, which I believe results in more entries.

The only "problem" I can see with that is that at the very end of a round, we'll see a ton of people rushing to put in a 0.1 bid over and over again to make sure they are the last one's in, but as long as the database can handle it, then we should be alright.
I've enabled it so the last person in line gets the remainder of the pot, instead of distributing it... Now I just have to wait till the end of the round and see if it works

Sounds like a good idea to me, encourages more betting and getting like a .1 return on 3 BTC bet didn't mean much.

It's the same thing right?
Right now it is the exact same game enhanced with a better database, template, and validation.
One idea someone had was to make it so rather than having the pot be distributed among the remaining players is to make the very LAST person in line inherit the remaining pot once the game ends. I feel like that would be a bit more exciting, and might go with that suggestion. Anyone for or against this idea?
Estimated release will be in approximately 5 hours.

I have moved the game to my own personal domain and it seems to be working...I've tried several transfers and they all went through smoothly..
The only thing I have left is to implement the game time itself, so it will start and end at specific times...
And the "housekeeping" part where it distributes the rest of the pot to everyone in the game.
Estimated time till we can beta test the new system: June 24 around 2pm EDT
I will be taking a limited number of people for beta/stress testing tomorrow. PM me if you are interested. We will be working with 0.01 BTC for the tests, so if it does screw up, I will have the funds to refund you.
Once we complete beta testing, I will publicly post the new link and most likely a new topic for the new game.

MyBitcoin is a third party, although we would be interested in seeing a screenshot of your MyBitcoin transaction log to see if it really matches, which helps verify your story.
And yes, I do blame Mt. Gox for being hacked their security was terrible, using MD5 for password hashes..
What is your point? I paid for it with my client, it gave me an order ID, I didn't printscreen it because I didn't think this bullshit would happen. It's not my fault that NothinG deleted it from the website, and I have presented way more proof than he has and he continues to ignore any valid claims supported with evidence.
