Well i like the program and the dedication of the president of the philippines to make the philippines a drug free country. When his program starts i or maybe we the citizens of the philippines opened our eyes that there a lot of drug users in the philippines. Before we're not conscious that many of us are in the spirit of drugs. Well its good that it decrease now. And it's a good thing.

We all have different kinds of opinion here and I respect that. I know where you are getting to. I understand why you hate him or admire him cause I also feel the same. I like him as our president but I don't like him as a person.It's hard to manage a whole country and I think he is doing great. Slowly this country would be a drug-free country yes there would be a lot of killings but remember what God did with the Egyptians at the time of Moses.For me, God is using our beloved president to make this country a better place. We need to be disciplined and to remember not to use human rights to destroy our country.

P.S. I want the Filipinos to separate our president's personal life to his way of managing our country.

Drugs are not guilty, people are guilty. So, legalization could work in good way, but I don't believe it will work - people are going to ruin this idea anyway.

No, he can't make it, but could possibly makes a good turn out and could really create a night mare in the mind of those drug users. Criticism is normal, everywhere you go, no one would just praise you for what you are doing. Some would really make querries about what you are doing.

i think philippines is not yet drug free because president duterte cannot say that philippines is drug free many drug users and drug pushers will be hiding in the hard locate place so that philippines drug free because many drug lords can be hiding

I think yes he can do it but totally not 100% drug free, he do everything he can to make the country better but some people criticize him in what his doing but others support him.

Yes i think he can do it. But i hope there will be proper jurisdiction. Some victims killed are not proved as a suspect and a true drug user. But still, it is a pretty good work for him. Many drug users surrendered and change the way they live.

The number of collateral casualties have been quite high so far in this campaign. Some of those who got killed were innocent bystanders who didn't had anything to do with the drug business. But the most worrying case is those of some people who got killed after they were framed falsely by the cops. There are reports that some of the cops are using this opportunity to settle the old scores.

I also support the current management as it really is evident that they want to solve the problem about illegal drugs that's been one of our country's biggest problem for the past years. I don't mind if they can't total eradicate it but the mere fact that there has been improvements in our society, I think that is pretty impressive.

Even de-criminalization can be good, but it can leave a lot of grey zones for the people to deal with. I would still favor a complete legalization, a least for the soft drugs such as marijuana and LSD. I am not in favor of legalizing hard drugs such as methamphetamine and heroin, as they cause millions of deaths every year from health complications.

President Duterte can be say as a hero because he is protecting the safety and welfare of the Filipinos. Now, we feel the safety of the streets because of thos campaign. If he will not fight drugs, what would happen to the Filipino youth who is the hope of the future Filipinos. Those who are in favor of this are usually protectors of drugs. They are the one who benefited the most with it.

Its is important to protect the well being of a majority of law abiding citizens rather than succumb to the pressure of the international community on how to deal with criminals who threatens to destroy the fabrics of society.

It's very hard but doable,our (my) President Duterte is trying his best to get rid of this drug menace,it's true he promise during the campaign that he will eradicate the drug problems with in six months BUT he never knew that this problem was that HUGE,that it involves high ranking officials,politicians, military (active and inactive)which hold positions in government.But his in the right track and i support his handling of this problems many people will agree with me that less crimes are being committed now a days.....

The vision of a drug-free Philippines is doable. Yes, it is possible. President Duterte said the drug problem must be stopped by all means allowed by law. It must be relentless; it must be sustained. The way things are being done by all agencies, they are much involved mainly because the President is taking the lead. Make use of preventive education, rehabilitation and provide alternative development and livelihood programs
