You sure you got enough NXT on your NXT wallet to make the transaction?
Dont forget to fill up the message part.. that will be your address within the bittrex provided NXT wallet address.

ultimately draco gone from c-cex ...good decision..u should not take care about what users r talking about draco....just leave it...coz it wil only kill ur bank balance
