No I do not spend bitcoins in real life because the fact is that there are no local stores here in my zone.
I hope there will come some soon but I can only wait, till than I'm just using a credit card from bit-x.

NO, I haven't used a single coin yet in real life or to buy physical products from the physical shop as I don't see any shop around me that accepts bitcoin as a payment method, so at a moment I am using it only online.

I spend them when I see something being offered just for BTC, the reason being is that it's hard to acquire BTC even when you are ready to pay for it, While it's easier to fund other payment methods like CreditCards and PayPal.

No I do not use it right now locally because no local stores accept it. bitcoin still has a long way to go...

I have the same problem for not spending bitcoins in real life, there is no place in my country that accepts bitcoins as a payment, waiting for the day when bitcoin will be accepted everywhere in the world, hopefully.

Yes for me i spend some of my coins i convert my coins into fiat and use it to spend in many things like buy a t-shirt and pants.. but not all my bitcoins spent.. because i am waiting for the price increase after halving so that i can make more profit if it will happen...
lol I think if you convert it to a fiat first then spend it it was not included in the spending bitcoin mate. because basically spend bitcoin is buy something to pay via bitcoin, not by fiat. even if you're converting to fiat

No I do not and this is simply because of the fact there are no local stores here that are accepting the bitcoin as a payment.
I hope they will soon but it will take a while for sure here.

Yes I do, but since there are is only limited stores that accepts bitcoin as payment, I am still resorting to use my fiat in my transactions, but when I top up my mobile load and if I order something in the internet, I always ask if they are accepting bitcoin..

meh. that's not spending bitcoin! you are just spending your cash.

spending bitcoin would be using bitcoin directly to buy stuff from shops. for example going into a shop and scanning their QR code and pay it with your phone through bitcoin network.

I think as of now bitcoins not become so popular to accept by all stores so if you convert your bitcoins to fiat currency to buy items are more easier. I use XAPO card to withdraw or pay online to buy items and it is as good as spending my bitcoins directly without additional process of manual conversion.

If I had some Bitcoin chances are I would be spending it  Cheesy

I think it would be a pretty cool idea to get one of those Xapo debit cards, but I dunno, they seem like they might be too niche to work. I could be wrong though.

It's just like any other debit card, except for the fact that you can deposit Bitcoins to fund your xapo card. You can withdraw money from any ATM, you can walk into any store that you like world wide and use it to purchase stuff.
Really? Jeez, I guess the technology really is there.

I guess I'll probably be picking one of those up soon, I could use something that would actually allow for me to spend some Bitcoin outside of digital goods and other similar items. Even if I don't end up earning all that much, I think it would be a cool novelty item.
