Yes for me i spend some of my coins i convert my coins into fiat and use it to spend in many things like buy a t-shirt and pants.. but not all my bitcoins spent.. because i am waiting for the price increase after halving so that i can make more profit if it will happen...

meh. that's not spending bitcoin! you are just spending your cash.

spending bitcoin would be using bitcoin directly to buy stuff from shops. for example going into a shop and scanning their QR code and pay it with your phone through bitcoin network.

Indeed, You are not really paying with the bitcoin itself, if you do than you are but that is gonna be a lot more difficult to firstly even find a local store.
I do not spend my bitcoin in real life but this is because there are no local stores that accept the bitcoins.

Few sellers of eBay is accepting bitcoin for their products. Most sellers are selling books for bitcoin.

That is is applicable only to the people who are fond of book lolz..but I haven't used bitcoin in my real life yet but hopefully I will spend in future when I can spend on the things that I want  Wink

It was great experience, I'm sure Smiley
Unfortunately, in my country we have very small number of bitcoi9n users and just a few merchants which accept bitcoin (online staff only).
We just recently got first Bitcoin ATM in our country.
I really hope that soon I will have the same experience in my country, to pay for cafe or maybe pizza with bitcoin but I'm not to optimistic it will happen soon.

takes some time but will get there when our goverment see the benefit.
goverment could use coin for emerency purpose crisis, tax  and those people who wnats to send money aboread could use bitcoin and the money will be transfered to another country in seconds and no more westernunion moneygram and these shit company.

I dont know if guys agree with that but there  are many benefits using coin .

I spend them on online stores if that count, In my area there is no place accepting bitcoin or even a bitcoin ATM so can't use it physically even if I want to.

It, is so, sad we can't buy anything physically with bitcoin. But if you have a bitcoin debitcard you can use it in normal ATMs also.  No need bitcoin atm for it. Even you can use your bitcoin debit card in any shopping centers.

the problem with these bitcoin debit cards is they do not support all the world countries. and their fees are kind of high if your bitcoin spendings is low. for ex: for ATM withdraw you will pay 4 dollars as fees which in some developing country can buy food for one day
i must admit that it is a huge problem but if you want to buy food you can just use your phone or paper wallet in order to pay so you would avoid the big fees

i spend bitcoin in real life very rarely because i usually dont have anything to buy for it but i sometimes buy small electronics

and the problem with me is that, it is not well established in my country , so with bitcoin I can only buy online available things. For offline use I have to convert them to fiat so as to pay for them. I hope sooner a ATM machine will there in my counry and I will then not need to convert them.

alright. but these are online use of bitcoins you are talking about. OP was asking about real life, did you buy things with bitcoin on your nearly grocery shop? I think you didn't do that like me. I also didn't use bitcoin physically but I have good hopes, one day I will can do it for sure.

buying stuff online does not happen in an alternate universe it is still "real life"
i've paid for games too with bitcoin. i used to pay with credit card and things like that but i use bitcoin anywhere possible.
besides for spending bitcoin on groceries for example requires a grocery store accepting bitcoin because i will never use bitcoin debit card or any third party like that instead.

I am a big proponent of Bitcoin and its philosophy but the Bitcoin debit cards are made purely for profit for the companies issuing them. The fees are considerably higher than traditional banks. It's strange.
lol because most of them are only looking for profit not because they care about bitcoin. bitcoin market is very large so are for the users. so companies like bits x utilize it to make a debit card. but much larger fee.
so better to use bitcoin directly or convert it to a fiat more better
