1 confirmation is enough like other gambling site here they are just waiting only for 1 confirmation unlike before they are waiting for 3 or more confirmation before it will credited in your balance..

Exactly and I don't think that now they will be waiting for even 1 confirmation, if they see incoming transaction in their wallet then its done, no need to wait for confirmation.

Many of this have this issue bitcoin usability is lacking a real choice which makes people not to use bitcoin in shops etc.
This is growing, but at a very very silent speed.

We are finding many sites where we can buy things using bitcoin but same scenario is not with spending at physical places and I think it will take long time for it to happen.

I wish I could, I find btc very convenient, unfortunately my country is not yet developed enough for using btc in public places.

Yup and I think we should give some more time to bitcoin to really grow and reach to the every corner of the world and in future thing will change for sure and we will find many places to spend our coins.

Buying an item online with bitcoins is not really that considered using bitcoin in real life.
I pretty very much believe op is thinking about purchasing physical goods onhand with bitcoins directly. But that is just not for everyone because not all countries have stores that accepts bitcoins just yet.

In the virtual world, that is. We are all still waiting for bitcoin's successful physical integration in the majority of stores, just as how paypal is integrated in most. After that spending bitcoin will have no difference from fiats virtually.

I think it will long time for that to happen, we cannot say that bitcoin is too popular at a moment and that is the reason we are unable to spend our coins directly.

i hope it will happen near future and bitcoin really very popular than other currency.

It will be popular but we cannot beat the popularity of the fiat, bitcoin will be widely use in the world but it would always be an alternate currency for online transactions to have comfort in transaction. Just don't expect to much as we are still in the early phase.

I think for online shopping people will prefer to use bitcoin, but for buying physical things people will continue with fiat and credit card as its very convenient to use.
