The reason for your mute says ‘spam, scam’. It is reasonable to mute your newly created account if the reason is accurate. Their email support has permitted you to create a new account only by deleting the previous one. But I believe every casino will do the same with you if your old history isn't good. I'm wondering what you have done to get muted as ‘spam, scam’.

I guess this kind of behavior from duckdice is not new. If you look at trust pilot or other rating websites. You will see a lot of people having this kind of issue with them. I know you are an old player of DuckDice and you may know better than me. A few DT members also left some feedback on the DuckDice profile which leads players to not play there anymore. There are also some running accusations against them. I don't know about richardo3o, but based on what he said, it looks they should be more helpful to players. I guess DuckDice or bobstone have a better explanation about it. Let's see what they say.

I don't really understand what I'm meant to reply in this particular case; he's been muted from chat, whilst still having access to DD. As to general scam accusations, please can you highlight to me anything you think that needs an answer from our side? Anything outstanding has been addressed a long time ago or is very ill-evidenced (and often outright false). But in such cases, we are often also limited, because though a player may show screenshots of this or that, we can't display their transactional information publicly etc.   As to our general reputation, I would love to know what we can do more to improve it and welcome any suggestions sincerely.

my username at duckdice.io is Richard101 i got muted permanently by a moderator, you know why? becouse he cant control his ego. i was banned from chat with another account then i asked the support and they allowed me to creat another account, and i told him i am here with permission of a admin. he was muting everyone becouse he says muting more people mean getting more rains.i remind him that becouse this behavior duckdice.io is known for shady behavior.

I am a regular player, but since yesterday I have been with problems, my withdrawal was accepted but for security reasons they are going to review it, it does not make any sense since I always play, and I always withdraw in the same Wallet. +12 hours ago I have no idea what will happen with my withdrawal, I consulted online support 2 hours ago and they told me that in a maximum of 1 hour they would be reviewing and still nothing, I hope they can solve it.

I guess it happens in every casino. The system can kick your withdrawal for manual reviews. Sometimes it happens if you use the faucet or other kind of bonus stuff. Sometimes it happens for big withdrawals. Every casino has a different algorithm to check withdrawals. I don't know about the DuckDice policy. But, I guess it's a normal thing. About taking a long time, I guess the support person doesn't have access to the user transaction controls. They cannot credit or release pending withdrawals. Don't know about DuckDice. There must be a special concerned person for that kind of operation. If they are not online due to the time difference, you can expect a delay.

Reviews do kick in from time to time, but we usually aim to complete them a lot faster than the wait you've experienced, sometimes due to the availability of certain members who can approve/ check longer waits are possible, also sometimes longer waits can kick in if activity looks particularly weird (not saying yours is), if you are concerned there's always a live support member to talk too which I've seen you've not done since your last contact. I also see you were given an estimated time but not a guarantee, but either way, I will note this and hope someones is available soon to check this over for you.

As you've said you've previously had no issues.

Hi. Thanks bobstone for your long reply. I was not talking about promotion running or not. But, I was talking about Duckdice's Forum activity about promotion. I guess DuckDice always celebrates every event. I was a regular player there and I had a few achievement statuses. Like, Guru, Master, or something like that. So I guess I am the oldest player there. But, I left Duckdice for some reason. One of them was bad reviews. Sometimes you guys offered a customized promotion and failed to satisfy players like nomercy33.

Anyways, I guess you guys will be more active in the forum and update the community about what's going on the site.

That saga I think you can follow here quite easily e.g. nomercy..... suffice to say he did receive a lot in bonuses whilst being an active member, and then a year (or was it two years?) out of the blue requesting thousands more in bonuses (with no further activity) was denied making very public accusations. I mean you tell me what you would have done differently? Smiley

Look like DuckDice becomes a bit inactive in this forum. They usually post more about promotions and their development improvements. But, in the last few weeks, they were not that much active. Is the Christmas promo was for new Year too? There was no dedicated promotion for the new year?

I am a bit curious about why they become less active? Just because they have 3 negative trusts? If yes, why they don't prove them wrong? DuckDice is a mature casino now. They can resolve this accusation if they want. I guess they don't care about forum reputation or what?

Our XMAS Rakeback event ran from December until January 7th, (covering both traditional Christmas, orthodox Christmas and new years) --- The next likely big event will be Easter.

As to our activity we've never been the absolute best at marketing --- we're very featured focus and try to let our platform speak for its self, or at least so is the theory, and people like me (Bobstone Live support on Duckdice) should be doing more on the forums and engaging with the community more starting this year.

We actually clawed back a lot of negative trust from the early days, you can trackback the what, who and how it happened, mistakes were rectified, many members did change their trust ratings in the last year to positive or neutral, however, some members simply are not active on BTT anymore for one reason or the other. We've been running for nearly half a decade now and will keep growing stronger, and opinions of course matter to us --- i think some of the best ways to get to understand us is simply by signing in and chatting with our very active community on-site Smiley

Many of its feedback were changed from red to neutral and I think they do care about their reputation in the forum. I agree that they can resolve issues that has been thrown but some of those red trust are likely to stay there whether they solve it or not.

We used to run much much smaller prizes on new years and Christmas and we still have the ability to do these, which is why we list them but the Rakeback event offers 60% Rakeback on 3% house edge, which depending on your style of play/risk to reward ratios is quite appealing and in terms of raw values offers a lot more back to players than our older events. If we had a popular demand for the older like bonuses then we might consider doing a hybrid like an event or similar in future but i feel like the feedback on this event is a lot more positive than anything we used to do before. Especially with money train at the end of the event that will pay 100-250 players depending on the tier reached a final prize on top of their already claimed rakeback levels it is worth checking out.

And you're right we did also do a small giveaway with Shiba Inu which paid out based on levels, nothing too huge but just a small token of thanks.
