Reviews do kick in from time to time, but we usually aim to complete them a lot faster than the wait you've experienced, sometimes due to the availability of certain members who can approve/ check longer waits are possible, also sometimes longer waits can kick in if activity looks particularly weird (not saying yours is), if you are concerned there's always a live support member to talk too which I've seen you've not done since your last contact. I also see you were given an estimated time but not a guarantee, but either way, I will note this and hope someones is available soon to check this over for you.
