This was solved and I have updated the thread. I will leave it for admin to see, so he can improve his system (if possible) so issues like this one don't happen to anyone again.
Sorry for the bad experience. But we always have to be cautious, especially when someone deposit and wd rather large monero amounts. But you got green light from the compliance. Sorry for making you nervous anyway!
My experience since this issue was solved is excellent. I have kept playing, making some good profit and got awards like XMR Top and more. Maybe you should check it, it could be a bug, because I can't lose.
Lol everyone can lose.but maybe you are now on the right side of the luck. ;-) a lot of players got that feeling but the house edge will het you at the end;-)
Play what you can afford to lose is the right thing and I ensure that i follow the same. At times when we are winning things look good until one lose and all gone when we realize how it can be silly at times when we had opportunity to stop, we just continued with it. Also have a free faucet gives people chance to play and understand the game and then can decide to deposit as well if they enjoying the site and games.
I have been gambling for year's now and on certain days I feel that I can’t lose cause I’m enjoying a stunning winning streak, and then suddenly out of the blues one loss happens, and before I realised it I lose all my money chasing to recover that one loss.
Also it’s normal for new gamblers to believe they can’t lose, and instead of lecturing them I believe it’s best if we let them play and let them experience defeat, because only then they’ll understand that gambling is not all about winning and one can suffer possible losses too.
