I didn't KYC with them before since I'm not really a gambling player, but if I had problems with KYC I'd probably open a support ticket and wait, better to do things with no hurry
gives peace of mind.
It’s true if you don’t have funds trap on it but it’s a different story if they freeze your balance while you really need it badly for your personal expenses. It happened to me one time and it’s really frustrating to have a funds floating with indefinite time of approval.
Most of the time casino will KYC your account before you can withdraw your funds. This is the reason why most of the user that encounter KYC usually has a short tempered on waiting for approval.
the best policy is probably to KYC in casinos that require it BEFORE making any bets or depositing money
that way you won't have problems later on the road and be trapped in a unwanted situation.
better safe than sorry
I agree, if a casino requires a mandatory KYC before accepting any deposits, they will save their time from possible KYC problems. Players will not accept the typical perform KYC after big wins, and or accusation of multi-accounting when claiming bonuses and getting a huge win from that claims.
Most casino's leeway is multi-accounting to deprived its player of huge wins. So I also think that it is best to have a mandatory KYC before any fund transfers it both saves the casino and players from future troubles.
we can leave the responsability for the casino but I also like to bring responsability to myself when acting
I mean, an user has to check the terms of the place he's depositing money
then the user can KYC before depositing or before winning to save some hours of headache
