I'm curious there's a difference with ID code of some user, most of the users ID code has stripe and longer, while there's users is shorter without stripe. I think old users and new users have different ID code.

I wouldn't recommend doing this. Even if the casino terms allow the use of VPNs, you should not use it to bypass the game provider's restrictions. It's a kind of cheating and if you do it then you are breaching the casino's terms and conditions. They can ban your account and seize your money.
If your country is restricted by the game provider then just look for another provider. Better be safe than sorry.

Sometimes, users deliberately decide to put themselves in the situation and the hope to solve the situation. Rather than looking to solve, its more better not to be in the situation, than treading the path at all.
