Intermittent connections often last long unless you fixed your connection by changing releasing and renewing IP, rebooting your router, and more. The way the incident happens is just a small window of some minute gaps which can be considered short time while the intermittent connection may stay as long as the connection problem is fixed either by your provider (if the problem is on the provider side) or by you (if the problem is in your end). That said, I would advise you to run a pinger, or go to the window command console (if you are playing in pc where Windows is installed) and run cmd to open a command console. Type ping google.com -t, to ping google and check if your connection is stable and don't time out.
If the incident happens again and you see that your connection is stable then I would agree with you that it isn't on your end but rather a possible glitch on the game provider's end. But for now, since we cannot prove that you have a stable connection during those times, it can be easily said that the problem is in your end. I am not siding with the casino or game provider but just stating the obvious.
