I come to this thread to find that exact info too, which my guess goes to the top scorer promotion. After my selected player scored, I was trying to find the $5 freebet which I would use it for the upcoming game yesterday. Then I realized that my balance has $5 more amount and when I checked the transaction, it saying Sportsbook Promo sent $5. Imo if it's really from the top scorer promo, it's better than the freebet. However if it's just a slight error and for the next round they send freebet, I'm happy to accept it since the money will be used for the sportsbook. Anw thanks for the promo Duelbits!

It’s your reward from sportsbook promotion that you join because the amount is accurate to the potential reward you can get while predictor contest usually reward only the top spot and few user who score close it with the prize higher than 5$. @Strongkored statement above is correct about the predictor mechanics.

My guess is not from the World Cup Predictors promotion, because if you get 10 Points in the 4th round it means you are in 5th place with many other members, because I was 2nd in the first round and did not get anything, so I don't think so from the promotion, but you can check it in the transaction history by checking all deposits and others, and whatever it is it's nice because it can be used to bet on other matches.

This is sucks tbh since agent should be recording every conversation so that they can forward this to the next support. I’m just wondering why you didn’t remind them again right after you submit a KYC verification and wait for them to confirm that they acknowledge your request of cancellation.

Your story is conflicting if you will read it again. You said that your withdrawal is stuck for a month and you didn’t mention anything that you verify and approved KYC same day as you requested. People will be easily mislead since you didn’t add the info you provide here about the timeline of your withdrawal.

Anyway, This doesn’t the fact that the admin confirmed that they will cancel your withdrawal based on your screenshot. The representative clearly stated that they will not process nor cancel your withdrawal while your account is still not verified.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m actually confused on how the support missed your request for canceling your withdrawal considering that you mention that the receiving address is already not valid.

Let me explain again. Let see if you get it now.

1- months ago i did a withdraw , and was stopped cause i had to verify account
2- 6 October ( as you can see in the photo) i told them to cancel withdrawals cause i had no access to those wallets
2- 22 november (the other two photos) i went to chat to tell them then same thing. Later i went to renew my DNI so i can pass KYC. Few hours later i recieve an email saying kyc done and withdrawals made.

It's their agent mistake if you really provided the documents they required on given timeline. This issue will be avoided if there agent is taking notes about issues happening so I guess you need to pursue your claim and chat them frequently about your issue with them. Just present back your evidence that its there mistake on why this issue happened for sure if they see solid proof then provably you can get a refund.

As per reading your chats, I think they understood that you want to cancel the withdrawal. They even said "Your withdrawals will not be processed or cancelled until documents are not provided".
But based from your claim right now, that they processed the withdrawal and sent it to the address you told them to cancel, I'm actually surprised. I'm curious what happened next. If you are telling the truth, you can discuss more about it with their support, and possibly there is a chance for you to be refunded. Only if your reasonings will be valid for them.

Sorry to hear that, but the only thing I can see in all the screenshots you have posted is that all withdrawals will not be processed/cancelled until you completed KYC. I would contact their support again to try to solve this issue and maybe the OP of this topic can also help with your case.

Since he already brings the issue here might be possible that OP can review and help regard to his concern. It's true that he can
continue communicating and keep on trying to solve his issue.

The process still can be pushed if he will get someone from the support who has
good knowledge of his case, the right people who can continue reviewing and
make some deeper investigation.
