TOS😂 Wonder why it is  not posted in the mainpage of this thread... surely no one would create account if they do.

Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | Earn up to 50% rakeback | VIP | WE ASK FOR KYC IF YOU WANT YOUR FUNDS

They are too long to be posted on the OP.  Besides once you got interested in the Duelbits Casino, you will surely click the link to their website.  And the TOS link is on the Main page or Landing page of the Casino.  If you happen to just browse a little lower and look at the about section of the Main page, you will see the link of the TOS, (actually all important links about Duelbits.)  It only takes one click to visit their TOS when you are at the Main page of Duelbits.

There's no need to be upset
Yes I also think this casino is one of the best vpn users friendly Although I don't know when or how long it will last . And yes most of the case when some players use free vpn which are not provide the best service then they face some errors. Even then it's quite vpn friendly but it can't speed up internet speed so I also think it will be a good step if build miror link taken .
I use VPN most of the times, but as far as I remember it all, I do not have any experience of having any errors while I'm connected to it and playing in Duelbits.
You'll have delay on your internet connection if you are using free VPN. Try using premium subscriptions from VPN services, it will increase your internet speed.

using a free VPN is usually not recommended since you can't verify that they don't keep logs of your use and for the service being free they probably collect some data and monetize on it

important reminder too: avoid VPNs if you're using casinos that are against it on their TOS.

It's the basic rule to read the T&C of any casino you want to play and as you are saying placing them on the main page of this ANN thread then it's not possible because there are lot of rules and placing them all here will look werid. But why can't you just see them on the site as you are placing bet so you can go through them at once instead of saying it's their fault as they this KYC policy which all are abiding with.
A hater will always hate no matter what the reason is, he can't accept the fact if he's the one who did wrong. Actually Duelbits didn't hide anything and already wrote a warning before create a new account.

By accessing this site I attest that I am at least 18 years old and have read and agree with the Terms of Service.
Have seen people saying who read that long list of the rules and avoid it but the casino has your approval that you have gone through the rules so it's your fault if any problems arises out of this.If not you should focus on the main points like deposit/withdrawal policy of the casino but crying after that is of no fun.

Here the things mate.

In-any CASINO site, they also ask some "KYC". 99% casino will ask you some KYC based on the term & condition, and guess what according to the survey most people is never read term & condition. One of them is you.

I give you a "LITTLE BIT ADVICE", If you want to play on casino just opened term & condition then search with keyword "KYC" & "Withdraw" most the time you will find the agreement like KYC, how many withdraw you can process, etc.

You checklist on t&c during the registration, that's mean you are agree to follow all the rules. IF YOU DON'T WANT KYC, THEN GAMBLING WITH ON-CHAIN Gambling (From Smartcontract).

People from banned country are also interested in playing games but yes it's against the rules and should be avoided at any cost as if you are found using VPN to access the casino games your account could be freezed with the funds in them.

There are some mirror links provided by the team sometimes but many people still prefer these VPN to have some privacy also even if they come from allowed regions.
They may want to, but just because they want to doesn't mean that they should. VPN will make sure that you get in even if you are from a banned nation but that will also cause you to lose a lot of your money if you end up getting caught, and it's not really that hard for you to get caught if you are using VPN as well.

It means that eventually you will get your account frozen and then there will be plenty of people crying here about how their account was seized for unjust reasons, when in reality duelbits has all the right to do that. All in all, it's going to be pretty decent and pretty good, we shouldn't really be doing something risky anymore with this type of bans.

It's different if the casino didn't wrote that and even more didn't write about KYC policy. I think everyone were agree if his accusation is baseless and we don't need to feed a troll. I'm not really surprised about most people never read the TOS and just directly create an account.
All explanations are clearly stated in the TOS so there is no reason not to check the conditions before they gamble on Duelbit, even though they are disguised as new accounts to complain but there is no way to blame what has been explained about KYC in the TOS

I stand with Ukraine.
~ VPN is not bad as long as it isn't specially said to be a banned offense. And I have to say, using another IP other than yours, hell using an IP that is not even from the same place as yours, would always end up blowing back on your face for sure. Doesn't mean that it will be caught right away, or even if not caught, doesn't mean it will not create a problem.

But why? Can't you be travelling, for example? These days many people travel a lot, and they have their laptop with them. If today they log in to Duelbits from Madrid, and the next day it's Berlin, they can be traveling or they can be using VPN, how can you tell?

But, that doesn't change the fact that we are not dealing with something special here, and that's an important difference. We should be focusing a bit more towards the fact that VPN is not illegal to use, but it is frowned upon when you do something wrong and they will always be looking to find something you did wrong.

Yes, it's their right, let them look. Only it shouldn't take long, and if you are doing nothing wrong, you should be allowed to play from wherever you want.

One day one of you have to show me ....how you manage to make a profit on your deposits. My statistics are filled with a lot of small spikes, but the average trend is a graph that are constantly going down.

It does not matter what games I play.... Dice / Plinko / Mines or Slots from 3rd party providers.... it just goes down and down.... all the time. We do not even have to talk about my Sports bets.... it's just red and downhill all the time.  Roll Eyes

That's normal buddy, not all gamblers win including you and us, it's just that we tell you when we win but when we lose we keep quiet  Cheesy
Actually from $300 my deposit then increased to $950 slowly drop to $500 then I think my balance will run out if I continue so there is no other choice I have to cash out

Well, but this is something that we shouldn't be ashamed of, in my case I have much more negative than positive balance, sometimes it can be a bit annoying, but the fact of losing in that way makes one mature their way of playing and that you can see the game in another way, in my case I have learned that I only play when I feel happy, when I am in a very good mood, because that makes or at least I feel that I can win more, and if I lose, well, I don't get bitter, but the fact enjoying is everything, I learned that slots for me, it's like that phase of unique fun, either when I'm very stressed or I want to get something and I can't, slots do that job, I suddenly forget everything, and I start to enjoy, I think that is the true objective of gambling.

They don't allow use of VPN if you are playing from a restricted region so we can't say they are VPN friendly casino and you can read it in their T&C in which they clearly mentions about it

https://duelbits.com/tos

So you are using it on the risk and once they find about it you know the consequences of being banned.

Many people use vpn here to escape from the countries where it is restricted but by this judgment but if it applies to the case it can be accessed very easily but it can be assumed that it is only used for privacy and confidential for those who play here when I  Wait then use it but I don't know if using it for privacy is totally allowed here

Well, in the beginning, we have all used VPN at least once to be able to access sites that we cannot do anything in our geographical location, it is to entertain ourselves, have fun and do everything possible to access, and well, it is normal that we want to do a withdrawal if we win, but I think that a casino should not have so much restriction in that case, as long as the player meets the KYC requirement, also not many of us do it, but when we register in a casino we do not read the terms and conditions and this is something key, because they always clarify all these things there so as not to risk things happening in the future and even more so that they are unpleasant.

Didnt ask me for kyc when creating acccount but now yes? What is this pathetic sportsbook doing in this forum? Kyc in crypto sportsbook? Ha ha ha
Im withdrawing without any problem for many sites and now this people asking me for kyc?Huh?

What is the amount that you try to withdraw? In their terms it is clearly noted that they ask for KYC in case of large sums or if they notice something strange (similar to all other crypto sites).
It is not about amount, looks like OP made a profit on "fixed or flagged" match so sports team don't approve withdrawal and they will ask few questions probably before approving it manually. Curios what other websites have done regarding such cases🤔

This cant be serious. "Flagged or fixed match" hahah you can ask me anything... i can easily explain why i decide to bet on this match if thats what you want to know. Should i explain? I would rather pay 50$ to a homeless person for his DNI to make kyc than give mine to this people
Just curious, exactly what happened, and why you don't want to send personal documents to pass the required KYC level?
If DuelBits asked for KYC for a specific reason that can be bonus abuse or unfair advantage, ask the support and tell them you don't want to go for KYC then they will probably offer to send back the original deposit amount since no representative will be able to provide full information on a public forum. Just my 2 cents Smiley

What happened: as everyday i try to find value in tennis matches. Found this. Bet on cloudbet. Reach maxlimit. I wanted to bet more. Found this sportsbook. Create account. Deposit. Bet on it. When my player won i tried to withdraw and get this kyc joke. Why i dont want to share my data? Easily i dont want to give my data to a crypto casino who could share this data with goverment or whatever. IF I WANT TO BET SHARING PERSONAL DATA I WOULD BET ON BET365 LOL THIS IS A FKN CRYPTOCASINO. Stake ... sportsbetio... cloudbet NEVER ASK ME FOR KYC AND THIS PEOPLE WHO JUST ONE BET ASKING ME?Huh?

I imagine you're annoyed with reason because handing documents to a site that you don't know the site owner is something to be afraid of, but you also need to understand the following:

- Despite not knowing who owns the site and being afraid to hand over your documents to strangers on the internet? you created an account on the site and on that site in their TOS it is written that they can ask for KYC and you have agreed to the TOS, you can no longer complain. if you want to withdraw your money you have to do KYC

- You can't deliver false documents or someone else's documents pretending to be you, this is advice I'm giving you because that's a crime

Of course it's really a dumb move if he's forcing to gamble while his country got banned.

But if it's about ISP problem and then there's no other way except using VPN. I think every successful casino should have a mirror link, this will solve ISP problem and there's no reason to use VPN except they want to hide his location which surely a red flag for casino.
People from banned country are also interested in playing games but yes it's against the rules and should be avoided at any cost as if you are found using VPN to access the casino games your account could be freezed with the funds in them.
