Yeah, that does happen time to time, maybe email is not enough because I have my mail registered as well and sometimes I do not get what others get. In the end I wouldn't be able to get anything at all.

Duelbits may or may not have some website function errors time to time, not something regarding them maybe, like when I gamble there are times when the website just goes out, shows error, and comes back but I always thought that could be me as well so I am not sure if that's the case, maybe while mailing that could happen and skip you too, type of imagination could sound silly but I honestly believe that it's not impossible neither, cuts and breaks do happen, like glitches.

I think the exclusive promotion is very random and the criteria for players who get it are only duelbits knows. The exclusive promo is worth $5 you have to have enough luck to be able to double it, and it seems that if you can make the value reach the minimum withdrawal you can immediately withdraw it, there is no wager requirement because there are no rules included in the promo
