His comment about posting ToS in the front page is just sarcasm. The user has an existing issue on Duelbits about his withdrawal and he is using the ToS against Duelbits since the ToS don’t mention that KYC is mandatory while he is experiencing and he is using it to make point.

The ToS states that they might apply KYC based on there assessment on user account so it means that they can required it whenever they want once they feel the account is into something which @brandonlang might overlook when reading the ToS.
