would be really nice to be able to check the data into costumer retention, churn rates, and if revenue comes more from new costumer or existing ones.
I know this is internal data and probably won't be shared

Basically everyone is aware of this and actually the loss ratio is actually greater than the win but in this case there is actually no need to say anything about it especially in this case gambling will certainly still be popular.

Don’t worry about maximum bet because the system will not allow you to bet more than the max bet allowed if your concern is exceeding it with your bet.

Correct, this is something that most people will not have to ever worry about as they are taking small bets just for the fun of it and they are using some pocket money in order to do so.

And for those which actually have the capital to care about something like this it is not a big issue either, you can try to make a bet and if the bet is over the limit the system will not allow to make one and most likely it will inform you too about the limits specific to that sport or game in particular, so I do not see the need to consult the support for something like this.

Also if I know it right, there could be some individual max as well, like based on your betting pattern if I am not wrong? That means if you wager too much, it could grow bigger and bigger as well, or maybe that is just the bankroll growing bigger and allowing bigger bets overtime as well lol.

In the end, you are not going to get the same max bet on a famous super bowl type of game or nba finals, as some norwich vs derby game, it will of course be very different.
