Yeah you should be fine for now atleast until they do some regular check on IPs because once they find out that you have breaching their TOS then they might freeze your account ( or let you keep on playing )
Lets be honest, there are tons of people playing with VPN on gambling site and all sites have the same TOS of not using VPN. Most sites just brush this issue under the rug and pretend that they dont know that their customers are playing with VPN. I cant expect an official staff from an established site to come and say its okay to use VPN on their site while their TOS indicate the opposite
Yes I know the risks that's why I never put too much money in the casino usually no more than $500 or I will withdraw it soon. I know some casinos post statements that they allow using a VPN, provided they are not in a prohibited country yes this makes sense especially their goal is just to play the case will be different if they cheat on promotions or other suspicious activity.
