So, we should be focusing on Duelbit being an awesome place even without a license, if this place had no license I would still trust them.
Duelbits do have the license to operate legally. They are registered in Curacao. I'm not sure why you said that they do not have any license, you can see it on their site.

Have you guys participated here? Just comment your favorite wild animal-related slot and you'll have chance to get picked and win $20.
REMEMBER: the animal should be a "wild" one. So I believe slots like The Dog House is not counted as one.

There's a lot of casino nowadays that has a license, trusted and offer almost all games that you want to play. The era of low quality casino that don't have license and KYC is over because gambling business need to comply with the law in able to continue there operation without problem. KYC is just a simple things that player need to sacrifice to play on a safe casino rather than risking the money on playing to shady casino without KYC. Even Primedice evolve to Stake since they want to expand there business.
I do not think that it is quite over yet. It has been a while since we have seen a casino that grew big, but have no license as well. But at the same even the ones that have license these days could scam you and we have seen plenty of examples, so just because there is a license with a casino doesn't mean that it would be the exact same thing.

So, we should be focusing on Duelbit being an awesome place even without a license, if this place had no license I would still trust them. KYC is nothing compared to how much trust they have gained, they could ask picture of my whole family and I would still provide it to duelbits, because I trust them that much.

I am not really shocked about it anymore, there are way too many people who end up with not reading the rules and terms that it became the norm these days. I get that if you get a new update on your phone and you ignore the terms and conditions, then you may ignore it and just update your phone.

However, the reality is that we are talking about something that is a bit of a rare situation where we end up getting a bit more risky in the casino world. This is why I believe that we should read them here, but many people act as if it shouldn't be something to read just like other places and skip it. This causes a ton of headaches later on.
Yes, that's true. By reading the terms and conditions that apply, we can know their rules and try not to violate them.
But many of us don't take the time to read them and it gets some of us into trouble eventually.
If we can be careful playing gambling, I don't think we will get a big risk and can avoid big losses as well.
It will not cause headaches if we can minimize the risk because we can take care of ourselves and be careful playing gambling.

Free or not.

As long you have a good chance win, you're fine. If the giveaway is free but always maximum claim every under 5 mins while you're not always "Online", you are still not gonna get the promotion ~XD.

So, I don't mind paying as long can get a slice prize from the pools contest.

Promotion in "Bitcointalk" we have more advantage for the prize with less participant maybe only 10-25 user who joined the contest. Comparing the promotion launch on the promotion tabs or their social media.

IMO, even we have only 1-2 small contest but we have less participant with some good prize.
Yep. Other difference between Duelbits' contests/promotions/giveaways is that in Bitcointalk, recently you need to compete with other player using real balance money (recently all contests). But on the other social media platforms such as Twitter promotions are most of the time free. It's one of the reasons why there are less participants here than the other platforms, but it is very good still since the reward is also fine.

There is a demand for Dual Better from here. It is the presentation of information to the primary that has Twelve on Twitter and I have them here but they share regular updates from here but so here they have some of their promotions on Twitter and others that they have here.  Pick up So here are all the updates on Twitter and keep an eye on the account to keep track of when there are any updates.
It is true that Duelbits is more active on Twitter, just like other crypto gambling platforms since Twitter is very active when it comes to gambling compared to other social media platforms.
Beside Twitter, they are also building Duelbits community through Telegram and Discord where they also giveaway and/or randomly choose winners to get some free money.

What do u expect, it's already a basic promotion.

People who are playing big, have more advantages rather than a small bettor. You already have rake back and VIP rank for the alternative ~XD To be honest, the claim amount is not really big at all only 5$. So, I don't hope to much for getting this promotion.

I always all-in everytime get this 5$.

If you want to keep yourself anonymously there's a lot of platform offering no KYC and the duelbits too does not have a KYC mandatory but if you might have an issue with your transaction with the platform itself there's a chance that you must need to submit your KYC verification to them so make sure there no abuse happens to the transactions.
There are lot of users having problems with the KYC norms and still want to play on that particular casino which is problem so the best is if you want to have complete privacy go with casinos not having any such requirements and enjoy the games there but for me i am satisfied with normal KYC norms and duelbits don't also is fine for me.

Most of  licensed casino needs KYC at some point that's why if you are not ready to give your personal information it is much better not to play on those sites and risk your money to unregulated gambling sites. I would choose to go on KYC on reputable site rather than risking money on no KYC site that can turn a scam anytime.

Sad thing is, Only few Casino has no KYC thingy on there ToS and the majority of the casino that suited for your description are those without a license or in short not trusted. So far I still didn't play on a casino with license that has no AML policy section because maybe it's the number one requirements for there license. I agree that we should only play on trusted casino so that in case they will ask for KYC. We can guarantee that our credentials is safe.

I play with the platform who does not have a KYC requirement and its a good thing too also mostly the reason why KYC is needed to the people who have some issues with their account such as multiple account and abusing the system of the gambling platform that's why they are requiring now having a KYC verified to prevent abuse. As possible i prevent too playing without a license platform and i go for reliable, trusted and reputable only.

Just from my perspective
- Have a good rank
- Deposit maybe a few thousand dollar in the site
- Then, become not active on the site.

After that, you just need to wait until you get the promotion email from Duelbits. IMO, it's a good step from Duelbits for their promotion. Makes me want to comeback into the site and deposit some money ~LOL.
Depositing few thousand dollars on any gambling site is too hard for the small players as they usually bet with small amounts and have limited budget for the bets on their favourite slots and games. But yes giving free bonus to inactive players is good strategy to make them come back and bet with their own money also.

I would say that no KYC is not a good and secure thing for you neither. It is clear that if you are gambling at a place with no KYC then what are you going to do? This is the trouble, the worst thing you could do right now would be to actually give your KYC to a place that shouldn't take it, so I understand your fears.

However, approach it this way, if you share your KYC with a trustworthy place, then they will use that to protect you. Why not give it willingly, and then you could feel at ease in case something goes wrong, and that way you could use your KYC, your own picture and all, to get back to how things were without worrying about what could happen to your account.

what are the best sources to keep up with duelbits news? here and twitter? or maybe there's also a telegram channel?
I'm getting those info on this thread and on their Twitter account. They don't have a telegram channel but they have discord, instagram and twitch.
On their discord ~ https://discord.com/invite/duelbits
They've got 11,195 members and estimating around 600+ users are active as of typing this.

Many of them don't pay attention to the terms and conditions that apply at a casino.
They may just pay attention to the promotions they see in many places so they go straight to the casino and deposit some money to get various bonuses right away.
But after they were able to get the winnings and wanted to withdraw the winnings, they realized that it turned out that the terms and conditions were not what they expected and started blaming the casino when it was their own fault.
The use of VPN in many casinos may be allowed but to be clear, we better contact user service so that we don't violate any restrictions from the casino.
I am not really shocked about it anymore, there are way too many people who end up with not reading the rules and terms that it became the norm these days. I get that if you get a new update on your phone and you ignore the terms and conditions, then you may ignore it and just update your phone.

That's what is often ignored because they are in a hurry so they don't read the rules at the casino and indeed this often happens maybe for them the rules are not so strict or are considered normal but in the end this problem must be faced so that it is complicated for them especially for the first time he went to the casino.

But in my opinion if we read the terms and conditions in detail this will certainly minimize a little risk so that the problem will not be as complicated as this when we withdraw it, we must know and give them awareness that now many casinos there are always strict rules to know.

There's no need to be upset
should i be worried with kyc ?   i live in a restricted country will my winning be denied ?
You can discuss with the support team to know more about how if you live in a restricted country.
But my suggestion to you is if you live in a restricted country that prohibited gambling, you do not have to try to play gambling because that can make you in a trouble.
If your country is on the grey side for gambling, I think you can still play gambling but with caution.

yes, and if you want it really badly you can always use a VPN and choose a website that has no KYC
but going the KYC route if your country forbids it is probably not a good idea since your winnings on the games could be denied and the casinos would be right in the law, not fun at all.

The Casino will surely denied his request in case he self admit that he ks violatin the ToS by playing using VPN just to dodge country restriction. Contacting the support is the noob thing to do if you are already committed the violation. The best thing to do is to withdraw immediately the funds and pray that it will not be caught but in case the withdrawal freeze. The support will just ask for KYC and probably give a condition for you to withdraw your funds safely.

yes, that's why I mentioned that they should use a website that doesn't require KYC if they want to gamble so badly...
would make no sense to risk winning and losing it all because of regulations.

I hope people will think twice if they want to use a VPN, especially on a site they don't know, because the casino may change the rules before telling their members.
It has happened many times and causes many gamblers to feel annoyed or sad that they don't know it.
Finding out more information will help us avoid problems that could arise in the future.

Actually, That's the actual case of the topic they are discussing if you read carefully the whole thread of discussion that you quoted on this post. KYC is really not mandatory for crypto as it's only a requirement of AML for fiat deposit. The casino is just using it to deal on account that violate there terms such as bonus abuse and playing on restricted country.

This info about KYC is already common and I believe most of us is already aware that crypto casino don't do mandatory KYC.
