Basically it was that I had an issue regarding a promotion and when I asked a withdrawal it got cancelled as they thought I was a bot or abuser. Duelbits is very considerate company. I can testify on it too since I experience some issue with them when I'm trying to bypass restricted games using VPN. They just tell me that I should not do it again or else they will require me to KYC and freeze my account since 'm violating the ToS.
