That's already solved for me. Duelbit would never scam anyone considering the long running contests, forum presence, their signature campaigns and on time payments. They are already spending huge load of money on their marketing so logically it's small chance they have been plotting scam like this. I have been following duelbits since its first announcement on the forum, and its more than year's trust that I have myself made with this casino. Frankly very little number of casino's are making to this height! Same sort of allegations are being seen on another reputed casino too. Im not sure, if its defamation technique or bug, but it should be solved on their support system. This is just announcement thread.

Even if there is a dispute, it will be solved without making any public statement regarding this. The fact is that although there is an issue with the contest, Duelbits did send $10k to a 'winner' therefore they are not scamming or doing anything fishy so if they actually made a public statement regarding that then actually they are hurting their own reputation further by letting the mass know

Too early to say that they did not acknowledged it. I think they are taking a closer look to see what really happened. If it was a bug, then it should be resolved soon. Also Botairtx gave up his winnings and transferred it to Mello. Let us see what will happen in the next days. Duelbits should respond to this kind of issue. I believe they will though, probably they just need more days to conduct an investigation about it.

If I read the rules correctly, you need to bet 5$ every round and if the balls land on 9, you win 10$ and if Benzema scores a goal, you get 20$. Isn't it a bit weird that nobody from Duelbits ever came here and talked about this situation? I mean looking at the twitter of Duelbits there isn't anything regarding Mello neither. Its such a fair that Duelbits doesn't even acknowledge it and move on. I get that they may think that they did the right thing and Mello maybe wasn't the winner, who knows? But I feel like they had to talk about it, like there must have been some people in Duelbits higher ups that heard about this and that person needs to think about something that they could do or say in order to calm people down. I feel like without them acknowledging this deal, its just a stain on such a wonderful place.

@Botairtx won the challenge of being the first player to hit 10,000x multiplier on plinko thus he gets $10,000 from Duelbits. At the same time, @MelloGambles claimed that he was the one that hit it first but Duelbits removed his bet.

After discussing through discord between those two, @Botairtx decided to send the $10,000 to @MelloGambles as it seems that he is the rightful winner ( there isnt any additional information on how he decided to get to this conclusion ) thus also asking Duelbits to clarify what exactly happened

What I want know, the connection between them with "Duelbits". 10,000$ it's a big chunk, and he gave it to the user who got rejected for the bet from his balance. So, the big question what the connection between him with "Duelbits"

Because I know some influencer contract like the amount or the payment but he gave it 10,000$ from his balance..
