I do believe that sharing the profit is a legal thing in most nations, they probably do it to the government and could be found in those nations. After all, you need to pay a tax and unless your profit is known, you can't pay a tax, and if you do not pay a tax then you are running an illegal business. This means that if we are talking about any business, legally run, they are paying a tax and need to disclose the amount they paid and in most nations that is public information. Probably they will not disclose to public this kind of information especially the amount of there profit they get on there business.
