For me it's the best way to avoid any further problems and i go through most of them whenever I want to play on any casino. The reason is sometimes they also update the rules about which we need to be familiar with and it's best to read them from time to time also to check for any updates. It doesn't take much time and can save you from withdrawal problems also that can occur later on in case of violation of rules.
If you read the rules before you start to gamble, then you should be fine, if there is a chance after you register and after you start to gamble, it should be the responsibility of the casino to let you know that there are some changes in the rules, they should notify you that rules have changed. If they change it, and notify you (a pop up would be enough) then you should read it, if they do not show any indication that the rules have changed since you last gambled, and in the middle of it, then it would be their problem.

This is why there is always a good case against the casino who changes their rules later on, and why they make a rock solid one at the start.
There is no plea of not familiar with the rules and if you violate any of them you can't withdraw your funds as they have full right to stop your withdrawal and freeze your account. That is why it's advised that you must check the rules of casino first of all to have smooth gameplay afterwards. But yes casino also must be legit on which you are gambling.

I've got 2 email promotions Grin

1. $50k Cash Drop: 2500+ Cash Prizes
With only playing for at least $0.20 with any Wazdan slot game between 07:00 GMT on 21 March and 07:00 GMT on 4 April, we can win a random Cash Drop any time from the $50,000 Prize Pool.

2. $50 Risk-Free Bet on El Clásico - 1st Goalscorer
We only need to place a bet of at least $10 on the 1st Goalscorer market of the Real Madrid vs Barcelona match.

It is an interesting promotion from Duelbits. Which one do you want to participate in? It seems both promo is tempted me to deposit again hahaha Grin
Both is interesting so for me I would choose trying them both since small amount to start with , and also bigger chances of winning  Grin

If you are tempted to deposit? why not let the signature campaign payment go directly in your Duelbits account so there is no need in depositing weekly because that is what I did  before when I am still actively betting weekly , nowadays I limit my gambling activities at least once a week or every 2 weeks .

The insurance sounds like a safer bet. Slots are quite volatile and you're likely to gain less than your wager unless you trigger some bonus games based on my experience :p

But i would suggest that whenever you register on any casino you should check for the T&C in the first hand to avoid any further violations of rules because they are giving warning but if you continue this the funds will be blocked permanently as it's against the rules. So be sure to read all the rules and bet in accordance with them for smooth withdrawals.

That's nice in theory but we need to be honest here: how much people do fully read all the terms and conditions on any site? I never do it and whenever I have a question about something, I always go in livechat and just ask it. Seems the easiest and the fastest way to gather more information but sometimes it is not always 100% accurate. Some support agents are better than other ones...
Its really a must to read the T&C of the particular casino before you play to become aware of their rules. But sometimes im also guilty for not doing it especially if I know the casino is most recommended by gamblers because often the casino's rule is similar to one another. Just like you, im also reaching to the support everytime I have questions and wants to clarify some things because its faster and on point. However it is still advisable to read the TOS before deciding to play, that is if you dont want to be in trouble just incase.

There are way too many rules to check and if people gamble without checking a single one of them, they are going to break at least one of them unwillingly. Not because they want to break the rules, but because they did not know the rules. It is vitally important to check ToS before you gamble in any place. Then people come here and complain about how their money is "gone".

This is why I believe that we will keep on seeing a lot of people who will claim most legit websites are "scams" because they did not read the rules and they broke one of them and their money was confiscated because of it and they will call it a scam instead of realizing they broke the rules.

The most important thing before playing on a website is to check how legit they are. I always have the impression that if you don't have multiple accounts, don't place crazy bets, exploit bugs,... then you will get paid (i.e. huge sums) after verification if it is a legit site. There are some sites that will not pay out any winnings at all, but if you do some research you know which sites to avoid.

Better just check the validity of the casino on the forum itself. One can understand the legitimacy easily in the Gambling section and how successful are they doing by reading the discussion itself. There are many casinos which are not legit and multiple accusations and zero payout is the biggest proof for this. Now I don’t want to go off topic as this is Duelbits thread. But I can surely confirm that this is one of the legit casinos and is like 4th in my best casino list. I have played few times, already got paid. The cashier is also easy to use with multiple payment options. I have no doubts on them for sure. Plus this is also having those Games and Rounds series active all the time. So definitely legit.

Yeah read the whole TOS is time consuming, but at least you read the part which you've a concern with it. Let's say you have a privacy concern and you don't want to play on KYC casino, you can type "KYC/personal/verification" in the TOS page... so you'll know does the KYC is mandatory or not. Read the specific rules about the games/provider you wanted to play is important too.

I'm rarely using livechat, most cases they just directly replied with their TOS link or answer like a bot lol.

Nice to hear that, they've even giving a warning when someone violates their TOS. Unlike the others, when a customer offended and violated their TOS, they're going to give an instant ban, no warnings.
Well, as long as you're not really doing something wrong within the duelbits premises. There's no need for you to be worried about it, just know the rules and follow it.

I bet that majority don't check on the T&C upon signing up, it's a lot of words to read and majority for sure are taking a shortcut and skip that part.  Grin
But at least after the registration, everyone has to look and see to it that they know the rules to know what are the do's and don'ts of the casino where they're playing at for example, in duelbits.

Yeah, Usually was checked after the registration since user excited to play that's why they are creating accounts. T&C requires few hours to read and comprehend so this things usually set aside for players to immediately start there game. In my case since I know the basic of T&C and I know already the typical do's and don't, I usually just scan it during the registration and proceed to gambling session just in case there's a special rules that will lock my funds in case I didn't follow it.

VPN Friendly & Exclusive Bonuses!
After all, they are on the market to do the business. Of course, they will have a decent amount of betting volume during the contest. Still, it doesn't worth for $1M Dollars giveaway. I assume, That kind of promo is designed to attract new players to the platform. A lot of players like me will join the contest, at least give it a try. Still, I don't think they will make that much money during the contest. So, yeah. It doesn't make any sense to distribute that much money.
Some of those new people will stay, and keep on gambling, and they may even attract additional people by telling it to their friends if they enjoy it, and that is what marketing is all about. If you have 100 people on your website, reaching to 200 people would be 2x increase, if you have 1k, reaching to 1.1k would be 10%, both had 100 new people but one of them did it a lot easier.

The more people you have the more people you can get. If you spend a million dollars today and not get it back right away, that is fine, surely you need to make some of it back, or at least could afford to lose that, but you will end up with more people and that is the long-term aim.

Yeah, might be better to just prepare of it if you've been using a VPN at most times. But still, it depends to the casino and the one who's reviewing your activity.
They're the ones that knows what is the better approach for their players and everything is written white and black on their TOS or T&C.

In experience playing in Duelbits for over a year. I didn't encounter this KYC requirements in regards with using VPN. I usually use VPN when using my personal computer at home when gambling for my privacy purposes. I only experience once that I violate there ToS but they just send me a warning using the live chat and make me promise for not doing it again. By the way my offense was about coin mixing since Duelbits has built in converter so I was tempted to do a quick mix to other currency.

But overall, I have no bad experience on this Casino in regards with KYC issue. They are very considerate and never imposed KYC immediately after the offense.

From the contest only, I do even doubt that duelbits will make enough profit to cover the fix guaranteed prize $50,000. This amount is already big compared to the requirement, that's why I have no idea why someone suggest to distribute the 1M if there is no one predict 100%. Without a doubt, all players (including me) will be so happy if duelbits will do as his suggestion but still it does not make senses for any business to distribute 1M for almost free.
I'll understand of having the $1M being distributed only if the event is big, or is a yearly event, and if they have also some partnerships that will cover some of those prizes. In that way, I think they can split the prize if ever no one was able to perfectly predict all the matches outcome. Everyone will appreciate that and will be very happy if ever they got something from it.
The promotion is still really good since there is an assured $50k prize pool.

It is very simple to understand obviously, if there is no one predict 100%, the 1M prizepool will go no where as there is a fixed 50k prize for that possible situation. The 1M prizepool is designed to those who can predict all correctly, there is no reason to distribute it if there is no one make 100% correct prediction. It is a contest and the contest has its own rules, 1M dollars is not a small thing that's why it is designed for a hard thing. All in all it is about business not about charity. The requirement to participate is very simple, and I'm sure no site will distribute 1M dollars for such easy requirement.

Right. That's why there is a $50,000 fixed prize. If no one can predict all the matches correctly, Then the most correctly predicted participant will be on the top and he will get a bigger percentage of the prize pool. 1M dollars is not a small amount to be distributed. Even I am not sure if casinos can earn 1M dollar during the contest. But, It's possible when it comes to Duelbits, But there are a lot of casinos and 1M dollars is not even their monthly profit.
