atleast now you can clearly say that the company did not Slander their costumer and this is just an issue of misunderstanding and you rushing things when there is a process that must be conducted .

and please stop that Idea that when you are depositing and playing there are no KYC required but after winning and try to withdraw instantly the KYC verification popped up, it is not like that instead there is a clear rules that if the company find your account questionable then KYC will be ask and this what happened in your case.

That's the point what he is not trying to understand as so many players are wagering on duelbits on daily basis which will make big volume of transactions as you said and it all goes smoothly but they will ask for KYC if they found something suspicious to prevent any fund manipulation but if you are right then providing it to withdraw your funds is accurate.The team is right on their part and they have made clarifications on that part but if someone don't understand it then it's their issue.

Some complaints and problems will always derive during these type of situations. However what mcu641 needs to realize is that he is not the only person who profited and tried to withdraw their money. He is making it sound like "there were no problems and KYC asked when I was losing, but there was KYC asked when I started to win!!" as if duelbits is making it hard for him to withdraw JUST because he won. You could deposit 100k, lose 50k, and try to withdraw the remaining 50k and you will still be asked KYC, it is about stopping money laundering, not stopping winners.

Plus, if it was the winning that made them stop you, then how come all the other people were able to withdraw so far? I mean not like people never withdrew profit before, millions of dollars have been withdrawn from here over the years. All in all "that" is not the reason nor helpful, find another narrative.

-KYC shouldn't be a problem unless there's another problem as mentioned by Duelbits
-Duelbits spent thousands of dollars on new sportsbook promotions so ridiculous if they spoil all promotions with this problem

We also remember that new sportsbooks are always targeted for cases like this the one who complains must be a new account.

@Mcu641 has manipulated the KYC procedure with someone else of course to me this is an abuse of an attempt to earn money on a bet which equals an abuse in its "possible" bet.

@Mcu641 should be playing fair I think if there is no abuse of duelbits it is impossible to do this, because we know duelbits has provided a lot of opportunities for bets if played normally.

With the explanation from @duelbit we already understand the problem of all this.

Can you share the latest reply of the support to your issue.
