Yap, I'm not quite sure when it was solved as I did not receive notification/message from the support as what they said when I keep on asking them in the first 3 days.
Hmm, so the support isn't responding to you either? I think this happened only to me because a few hours ago I also tried to contact them but have not received a response until now, I saw that one of the agents was online and tried to send a message and it didn't respond. There are 2 possibilities, they are busy or the service is not good, I hope this doesn't continue.
Support is always responding me fast (less than 5 minutes). Perhaps support agent forgot to notify me when my issue is solved by the teach team or perhaps there is a miscommunication between the teach team and the support agent.
though i must admit that eversince played in this site i can count in fingers the time i won compared the losing but the fun and assurance kept me coming back to deposit and play.
