Actually for me, both scenarios you and worle1bm have mentioned are some norm of players that is why there are those times that the withdrawal button is not yet a picked option. I don't often withdraw since I'm thinking that if I lost some of my balance I'll be refilling it again (and that will just cost me blockchain fee).
