Just noticed that all the above information is now available in the VIP lounge page, not really sure when duelbits add it but I did not notice it weeks ago. Another good job from duelbits so there wont be more questions or confusion about the exact calculation for the "bits" reward.

I think there is no problem at all with the "Rakeback system", If you want to meet the team feels free to contact their "Live Support" that the only way to get some answer from support team. Feel free to join "Discord" Duelbits, there also has some mod on there.

That's how you should be gambling, that is how everyone should be gambling. Do not look at the people who say that you need to gamble this much or that much, let the people gamble as much as they can, and just move on after that. Henry from Duelbits: As mentioned, we have recently updated our VIP System. Most of your Rakeback was calculated with the old Rakeback system.

At first he agreed that most of the rackeback was calculated with the old system, Most of my wagers were made in the last 12 hours.

Henry from Duelbits: This means that with the new Rakeback system, you are able to collect much more rakeback, than you would have with the old rakeback system.

I wanted him to verify the same, but no response to my messages. What do you guys think? mostly I played black jack for my wagers. How do i get it touch with their grievances team?
