I did almost every possible ways such as clear cache + data, using incognito browser, using fresh installed browser, but it does not help. I can open live games but my balance is not showing, but I can use the balance to play original games. I think I need to wait for longer time for the tech team to fix my issue.

Facing few problems at duelbits in the last 24 hours. First issue was about ltc deposit as my deposit is not credited although it has more than 30 confirmation. Live support cant help as he need to forward it to the tech team. After around 10 hours, I see my deposit is on my account already but new issue comes. I cant load any slot games, all slot games gives me error message. I can only play the duelbits original games and live games such as crazy time and lightning roulette but when the game is loaded, my balance on the game is 0. Talked to live support again and it is being forwarded to the tech team. Its been more than 3 hours now, hope it will be fixed soon. I have no ideas what is wrong but one thing I notice is that I do not get the notification message when my deposit is confirmed as usual. What is on Duelbits beside the Monero?

The gambling site allows you to change your username multiple times. I imagine what you are allowed to change only display name, not your real username on the casino. The casino has to track their user information so it could have your userID and your real username (initial username).

Any change with your display name does not hide your real information with the casino. It's just give you an option to stay anonymous with other gamblers.

I've already learned my lessons mate since last year when i got to win almost 6k usk in a short period of time in Roobet.com but instead of withdrawing i continue playing until i end up losing everything.
