Yes these games are love! First thing, I enjoy them a lot. I don't participate in them more often but I have seen crazy competitions on going all the time.
The way those gamblers are getting huge multipliers in couple of thousands just amaze me all the time.

I believe those players might have entered themselves into Ace's VIP Lounge already because they have big wagers everyday!

So, a reminder to the user who ranks up their VIP Level will help a lot for them no need VIP Manager is fine for me you can always set up some bot-message for unclaimed reward or every time you rank up to send a message to the player there has some reward or unclaimed reward for their rank up VIP account kindly to contact support to claim the reward.

Agreed and I think adding an automatic notification message that tells us when we rank up is easier to inform users about the reward or it can be done through email. Anyway I'm on level 3 at the  moment and I got $80 when I claimed the reward but I'm not really sure if the $80 is an accumulation reward for level 1-3 or reward for level 3 only.

Even How we blame anyone or the site but Please accept the reality that you are already banned and can find another gambling site that has not prohibit your country from playing.
There might be a mistake in Duelbit part but you are also become lazy checking their TOS and their countries allowed.
Mistakes happens sometimes but blaming will bring is nothing but hatred .

I think this has to do more with self-control, and I can't entirely agree if you blame the casino for your loss, buddy. For example, can obese people blame KFC or McD for letting them eat rich-fat addicting meals? Can a person with diabetes blame Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Kreme, etc.? Yes, the company is somewhat responsible, but it makes substantially less proportion than your (individual) responsibility.

As long as they blocked IPs originated from Australia, and you are fully aware that you use a VPN to bypass this restriction, you should take responsibility. Moreover, you didn't ask them to close your account. Get help and forget about your loss. You can always build everything from the ground. Money isn't everything, and it isn't the source of happiness.

Hope you can handle with gambling addiction, anyway tries to also download a blocked extension website on your browser started to block all gambling website start looking some history like youtube or website related to gambling activity and deleted all of them.

They did it in your interest because you were interested in stopping yourself from losing more, so they permanently stopped you by closing your account. But if you are an addict, you already know that you will go back to some other website today, tomorrow or maybe some other day and will start gambling again. You should look for your behavior when you are trying to figure out how to fight an addiction, instead of looking for theirs.

Sad story and it raises logical questions to you: Do you take any action to stop gambling? You could simply pass the login and password from your account to someone else so that you simply don’t have access to it anymore. Shouldn’t you have some kind of trustee who should control your funds? You can always create an alternate account, but it would be useless if your funds were controlled by someone else. I do not think Duelbits is to blame for this, as it could be any other gambling site.

Actually loved it and it was all that was missing so far I felt. I got the email about the VIP program and I checked it immediately and I was curious how the new VIP system looks like.

Although I haven't wagered and leveled up yet but I really liked the system with the instant, weekly and monthly bits. Lets see who actually reaches the Ace level first and I wonder if there are players who already accomplished a lot of levels.

One thing I would suggest adding is information like how much wager is needed for each level because trust me as someone who often chases VIP levels, it feels great to have that information.

Ofcourse those are different. There's an instant bonus, weekly, and monthly also. I believe that does rely on how much you wager within the week/month.

For me, it seems that I'll need lots more to wager before leveling up to diamond. Isn't it better if the wagering amount will be lowered? It's kinda so high as of the moment I guess.
