If that's the case I have an idea, so when your team wants to update something there, at least publish a notification on the site
for example, such as notifications on deposits / withdrawals in the top right corner so users don't have to ask any more questions.

That issue with carnival kings is not from our side, we can't do anything about that unfortunately. I have asked for more information from the provider though. Will update as soon as I know.

Well, this problem must be resolved quickly because of fear when later after we play a bet and it is not credited, it is still better if you win is credited, a bug problem or the team server handles if the internet connection is forced we must realize that our fault.

In this round of course you annoy us in carnival queens and I know they just finished their version 2.0 maybe there are still a few bugs that haven't been resolved.

I think the error is on the provider's side since this is a third party game.  Now that I think of it, it is kinda scary when one hit a scatter bonus then the game glitches and after reloading, it just credited the winnings but does not continue the bonus round. Btw,  I was trying my luck on the deposit race that time I experienced this glitch..  Sadly, my fund got depleted even before I got a reasonable win to join the contest Cry.

Yeah the winnings were credited, but the annoying part is that I am not able to see the succeeding chains of the session since the game is like the return of kong where winning tiles disappeared and comes the new tile for the possible progressing wins.  Here is another error  from the same game



It glitches again after the spin got an initial winning of 30x at the start of its progression, it said to refresh the page for the game to continue but then it didn't after I refresh the page.  The winnings is also credited.

Well, aside from the annoying part, I am ok with it since other slots provider void winnings when their software glitches.

I'm sure it is not related to my internet connection as I can play on other sites without any issues. If it is because of my internet, I should not be able to open your website and your original game. I just tried it again using a VPN, it solves the issue so I guess it is related to my original IP address or probably related to my ISP which may block the access into your website (not fully blocked surprisingly).
But I use a WIFI connection, everything goes smoothly and there are no slow games in Duelbits maybe because it's a choked network so I can't open the game more optimally.
Regarding my regional IP, there is no distortion of the ISP data, but it all comes back to us, how to solve it so that the internet can be faster.
