I think withdrawal in BTC is only high but it is quite cheap in ETH, I don't know about fiat withdrawal though. The high fee in BTC is probably because of the congested network of the said cryptocurrency.

Check your information item on steam inventory, can be tradable or not.

Not getting skin, but you will get "Gold Coin(USD)" with the same estimation of that CSGO Item. They accept "CSGO Item" as the deposit but cannot withdrawal with "Skin Option", you know Steam limited all trade for CSGO Item to limited gambling activity.
