Imagine you have won a lot of money, what you will do when your withdrawal got stuck/pending? You must be email the support ASAP and if it doesn't get any response yet, you will try other way to ask the admin about your withdrawal, right?

Definitely, I will do the same and do whatever I can to reach them may it be thru email, customer support, or any platform that will give me a way to communicate with them and get a response and this time abaynes use this forum to contact the admin and successfully solved his problem.

If I'm about to experience this, I will feel nervous because that's a lot of money and we don't know what's going on with it. Maybe if I encountered a problem like this I will wait for 24 hours considering that there might be a technical problem or my withdrawal takes a really long time to process. If days will pass and there's no progress with my withdrawal transaction that's the time that I will contact the customer support. Most of the gambling sites have an active customer help services so, I will raise my concern with them.

This was exactly my thinking, as I have had cashouts from other casinos delayed/tried to mess me around etc in the past. I won't be posting anymore in here as I got the outcome I wanted.

I can't convince the people who think this is fake that it isn't, it seems their minds were made up long before I posted.

Difficult situation. I think it's a good suggestion that the user who received the payout provide the necessary explanation of the process. For instance; explain why make a post on the forum here after some hours and not contact Duelbits first directly?
If that doesn't happen, then Duelbit's image damage is not the intention.
By the way, I do understand the concerns, because this has happened more often to gain false confidence from customers. You just can't compare all situations, I think it's unjustified at the moment to accuse Duelbits of this.

He already did it and already emailed duelbits through email.

Hi duelbits

I have made a withdrawal for just over $14300 a few hours ago but the status of the withdrawal is still pending. I thought withdrawals were instant/relatively quick. I have emailed support but thought i would write in here too after i discovered this thread and forum. Are you able to help me?

Thanks

But it seems his email hasn't get any response yet, so he decided to post on this too to inform duelbits about his pending withdrawal for faster result.

Hmm calm down @Arcas, the user who you mentioned already got his winnings and confirmed received the money. So no one get scammed nor scamming.

They can check the withdrawal first if they think someting suspicious going on, the time of manual approval also didn't too long i think based from what they said above. If you really have solid proofs about what you have said about duelbits, @Arcas, you can always post an accusation about them, which i didn't find any suspicious thing about them until now.

Lets stop this drama anyway

That is the whole problem. There was never a withdrawal. I t is completely faked by Duelbits.
Customers must be ware of this.

If ever you accuse someone, you must have valid proof, not just some conspiracy theory created by your imagination.  I don't know what is your problem with Duelbits but somehow all your accusation doesn't have any strong evidence to prove that you are right.

Sometimes, players tend to go to this forum to reach out to the gambling site's admin in hope of them listening to their issue and at the same time gather support from the community.  So it is not new if we see newly created accounts raising concerns about their winnings.

Regarding Acras, he keeps on attacking and attacking every time, that is true. Regarding the situation today, maybe he could be right.
I would appreciate it if you do not relate me to him, what he writes he must know himself. I have the right to express my own opinion here.
Personally, I think it's suspicious that someone is creating a new account, saying that he has paid out almost $ 15,000. Then a few hours and a few messages later, he suddenly received this payout.
Normally if you are making a cash payment request and it is not being processed quickly, you contact Duelbits directly. I miss that part of the story. Perhaps the user in question can provide further explanation. If I submit a withdrawal request myself, I will not post on the forum where my money is after 1 day. If Bitduels has received an email from this request, it seems to me that they are responding to it. They are also active on the forum.
At the moment I have my reservations about the situation, based on the above event. It's not about winning $ 13,000, it's about the way, and it doesn't make sense.
So, how did it went exactly, abaynes? When did you made the withdrawal request exactly?

Maybe << well that is the problem.  Tarnishing someone's reputation because of an assumption is not the way to go and may result in a really serious case against the slander.

Well, the thing is, the person is not you.  The story can go either way but there is no proof that this is a makeup scenario by duelbits.   And if you lurk enough in this forum, you can find lots of accounts solely created just to post about issues with their withdrawals.  It is a good thing that with abaynes withdrawal issue, it has been solved.

Some users opt for certainty. May also have been a panic action. If you're playing with $ 250 and then suddenly have $ 13,000, it makes sense that you're under some stress and maybe making emotional choices.
Its a big amount of money! better be safe than sorry. That includes a post on the forum, not that strange, I think.

In casino we have winners and losers. This guy won, good for him and he told he wrote the withdrawal and provided the blockchain transaction.

Hi duelbits

I have made a withdrawal for just over $14300 a few hours ago but the status of the withdrawal is still pending. I thought withdrawals were instant/relatively quick. I have emailed support but thought i would write in here too after i discovered this thread and forum. Are you able to help me?

Thanks

I have already warned everyone that Betnomi does not pay out large amounts quickly. They've already tried to manipulate the matter by saying they supposedly paid out $ 85,000 in 5 minutes, then it's a mystery why $ 14,000 must take hours and still hasn't been paid out.
Also a confirmation of my conclusion that it is just pure fraud and that they have not paid that 85000 at all in 5 minutes.
How did you deposit on this site, via which payment method?

Why do you talk about other site? Are you trying to say that there is a connection between betnomi and duelbits?

How sad can you be. This account was set up by Duelbits itself and now tries to pretend that they pay out properly. The manipulation just continues. When will this stop? User abaynes is a Duelbits account, no payout was made at all! Staged and faked.

This is another baseless accusation you made in this thread, I'm not really sure why do you try to attack this site with some baseless accusations.
If it is a manipulation then why he need to say that his withdrawal is not yet processed?
I do not try to defend duelbits personally as I have nothing to do with them.
This user is complaining of his withdrawal but you accuse him as the alt of duelbits? Where is the logic?

Here is the logic, like I already forecasted.

There could be 2 cases, and in both cases Duelbits can not be trusted.
1. The user has indeed won the money, and the money is not send quickly. While Duelbits claimed to send 85.000$ in 5 minutes, and here they did not transfer anything in hours.
2. The user is part of the circus in Duelbits, and specially setup by Duelbits to gain trust. It would not surprise me if he writes later today or in a few days, that he suddenly has received his money.
We already saw what they did on Twitter to manipulate winnings with fake winnings.
In both cases, it does not make any sense. But I think we should go for option 2.

It exactly went like that.
But of course these scammers do not like my investigation to protect customers, so they decide to complain to the abusive user hhamhuz, and he gave me negative trust, hoping I would stop.
Since this trick now did not work, I am happy and I think i have warned enough people not to play here. But one conclusion that is 100% is thet Duelbits is manipulating with fake withdrawals, as proven already now.

Also a nice detail by the way; they write in their topic in the subject "Duelbits.com |Instant BTC & ETH withdrawals | Live Games & Slots! |Rakeback |VIP"

But when there is a new user, suddenly the withdrawals are not processed instantly, because their bets need to be checked, as they write:

Manual approvals can be from 10 minutes - 24 hours. It depends if it needs to be checked for fraudulent activity. Many factors are taken into consideration, deposit amounts, number of deposits, how old the account is, If I kept on I would tell our system

I've never seen such bullshit talk! What does a new account have to do with processing a payout. Why would you pay directly with an existing account, because there can also be fraud? What nonsense.

So an existing account will be paid right away, that's not what you say. existing accounts may as well have committed "Fraud".

This user abaynes registered on the forum this morning, and is an account of Bitduel itself. This theater is put together to light people up.

FAKE and SCAMMERS!

Nobody is interested in your accusations, every day. Go find a decent job and stop bothering everybody, it is not funny anymore.

baseless nonsense yet again.

Before I put you on Ignore, here you go again with your bullshit while it's shining through how fucking clueless you are. Did you lose your allowance on Duelbits and now you have a fight to pick? I've never seen such idiotic claims be made over and over with nothing to back it up. Nobody gives two shits about your "hunch" or whatever you call it. Do us all a favor and go spam some other thread.

The fact that you have many positive trusts says nothing at all. You are abusing your status as a DT1 member, and people like you should be banned from forum right away.
You don't represent anything at all, and only misuse your ranking. You lead the Duelbits campaign, and they start crying at you because I'm writing down objective information here.
Seems they can not take care of theirselves. Hhamphuz, you are such a joke and loser!
I don't care about this negative trust, I keep protecting customers from these scams.
Of course you have enough high friends on the forum here, and that is why no one can hurt you.
You have the IQ of a garden hose.
Your negative trust has only encouraged me to keep posting in this topic.
You are uneducated and stop spamming the forums without having proof

We have no control over these 3rd party slots. The user deposited, and won $12k from a $250 bonus buy & then withdrew.

We also have no control who wants to post in this thread for help. He posted & got the response he was looking for from US. Not sure why you decided to step in with your nonsense.

Hey! Due to the circumstances of the win it gets sent sent to our HUB for approval for no fraudulent activity.

On all new accounts created, if we don't have bet history on the user, all big wins will automatically require manual approval.

I have now approved your cashout, and the money as been sent. Congratulations!  Grin https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/d5a113f25f47207b0f9c509e0d26b19d8251269f0ce563f18b33bbd39a54bc95

Duelbits is in no way linked to the user, he is just a lucky winner on the website. Please do not throw crazy accusations around guys, we haven't done anything to deserve it.
Duelbits, how long actually the manual approval to be approved?
And "how big" is exactly you mean big wins from new account which don't have any bet history?
Manual approvals can be from 10 minutes - 24 hours. It depends if it needs to be checked for fraudulent activity. Many factors are taken into consideration, deposit amounts, number of deposits, how old the account is, If I kept on I would tell our system  Wink

In this case the user is new, and deposited 2-3 times small amounts, and won $14,000. So when I woke up I asked our hub & then when everything came back OK I approved the cashout.

Someone creates an account on the forum, with a so-called payout that has not yet been processed. And then after a few hours, suddenly it is posted that he has received his money of 14,300 $.
What a circus.
Everything that Duelbits writes must be seriously questioned. This trick has been used a lot.
Badly acted, and not really crafty. Tactically well thought out, but poorly executed. You have fallen badly with this pathetic action.
The payment for user abaynes is faked and photoshopped.
But that doesn't surprise me either, you have already committed fraud with a fake payout of $ 85,000

User arallmuus is an agent of Bitduels. He reacts angry and aggressive, you only do that if you have interests in an organization.

I think it is going too far to say that Arallmuus is part of this organization. He reacts fiercely, but that doesn't necessarily mean he has something to do with it. Maybe he doesn't like the way you post what you do. Incidentally, I think it is a bit childish how he reacts, that is.
