So, why it is still showing -ve Trust on Ritz ? You are more trusted that the person who left -ve. Hence, it is expected to show +ve now, or does it take some time to be updated in the system DB ?
I don't think he's on the default trust but on someone's who is (if that makes any sense). Another trusted feedback from him or someone else might put him in the green though.
