I’m currently also in contact with Pluisje outside of the forum. His problem still isn’t solved. It also seems the Hunnyplay representative isn’t active anymore on this forum. I got banned on X and TG and Discord for asking about my withdrawal.

Me and 3 others received a message they are actively working on it. I don’t believe it anymore. I’m making a mega scam accusation thread tomorrow. Hopefully that will prevent people from playing.

I'm a customer of Hunnyplay since July 2023. I have played for a very long time with a wagered amount over 7 million. However, since July 2024 I made a withdrawl of nearly 1300 AVAX. I received 128 AVAX but currently still waiting for the rest. Few weeks, they told me that the ''situation'' is getting better now and they can solve it ahead of schedule. I don't know what this means and how long it will take till I receive my money. I hope someone from Hunnyplay can explain this since I'm in a telegram group with 4 others with exactly the same problem. Most of my messages and questions are ignored or I get a lame answer. Thus, I hope to get a response in this way.
What exactly did they say is the reason why they only sent you 128 Avax coin when the amount you requested to withdraw was or is 1300 Avax? Was it lack of enough fund to process the total amount you requested or what exactly was the reason they gave you?

Since July this year up and until now is already like 6 months, that's a very long time already, and if I were in your shoes, I did have given up believing I've been scammed and never will they pay me that money again, maybe this is also what they are trying to get you to do, give up and forget about the money.

But what I did advice is that you create a scam accusation against the casino, well detailed with evidence proving your case right, let the DTs of this forum look into it and see what can be done, if hunnyplay still refused to pay you, the. It simply means that they are a scam casino and they will be officially declared as one, and they are going to loose all their customers in the blink of an eye.

There was no specific reason in the start it was verification of my winnings, delay with the game providers, crypto flucuations, pending transaction checks, etc.

They promised me 10% of my withdrawl as a sign of good faith if I didn't receive my funds by 30 September. 30 September passed by and they told me they will release 5% (Not the promised 10%) of my withdrawl (64 AVAX) and update me monthly. So in November they released another 5% (64 AVAX) totalling 128 AVAX. On 1 December they said they will update me shortly but I haven't received a reaction yet.

I already told them if I don't receive a satisfying answer by the end of the week I'm submitting the case to the SBGOK. Currently, I have over 1100 AVAX still pending and if they going to release 5% of my withdrawl per month that is insane. I checked their casino contract and they withdrew over 1 million to Binance in the past months. Also, I can see other/new players are still being paid out. I don't understand whats happening but I will create a scam accusation by the end of the week.

Once you do, support keeps you waiting, repeatedly stating they are working on the issue and will update you soon. This has been going on for over three months. It seems like they're just stalling the process, and I've seen at least five people who have been waiting for over two months, with a total amount exceeding $100,000.

If you're really that serious with your complaint and allegation, we have a section where you can post your complaint. You can go to the scam section and post all your evidences and all your experience, this is not the right venue for your complaints and allegation.
Make it formal, State your case post all your evidence so the DT can investigate and if they have support, they can address your complaint because this can harm their reputation, of course, you need to prove that you are a victim here and you did not violate the terms Of the casino you're playing.

Do you think posting a formal complaint on this forum will be useful? I already filed a complaint on CasinoGuru, where they attempted to mediate, but they were ultimately ignored as well

Me and others with this problem are planning next steps by end of this week.

I've also told that to the VIP-manager, who is still in de mode of "we are busy with verification"  Grin

For others: Don't play here, they maybe steal your money.

The last months we have been busy gathering information, so we know where to go and have info about the team.

I’m experiencing the exact same issue as described above. After two months, I’ve only received 5% of my winnings, and now they’re not responding at all.
Currently, i'm waiting over 3 months already for roughly 18k and I see i'm not the only one.

Does anyone have any advice on how to pursue this matter? I’m willing to offer a bounty for anyone who can help me resolve this.

Yeah, it's smart of them to stop responding, even in this thread. No one really pays attention, and people just keep playing, so they keep making more money. This really shows they don’t care about their players and are just here to rip us off

I understand your point. However, several others have already filed formal complaints on Casinoguru, and Hunnyplay has not taken them seriously, as they haven't even bothered to respond. It will likely be the same if I were to file a complaint on Bitcointalk. I will refrain from making further statements, but I just wanted to warn others.

I stopped communicating with support as they’ve proven to be unhelpful. All I receive are lies and excuses, making any further contact pointless. Forewarned is forearmed. This casino deserves no business. Waiting over two months for a withdrawal is completely unacceptable. The support manager blamed crypto fluctuations, but as a crypto casino, you should be equipped to handle such fluctuations. If not, you shouldn’t accept crypto deposits. Hunnyplay has turned into a dishonest and scam operation

You repeat the same thing every time, no one expects you to solve the issue, but I guess you have communication with someone who is above ordinary support and who mostly doesn't know anything, not to say that they are incompetent in many cases for more serious issues. If you just repeat the same thing, you are not much different from ordinary support.

So I guess you could get in touch with some of the top guys and maybe speed things up a bit... as some of the other casino reps do. In general, it is also a good advertisement when the casino representative shows goodwill and tries to solve the problem.
