I’m experiencing the exact same issue as described above. After two months, I’ve only received 5% of my winnings, and now they’re not responding at all.
Currently, i'm waiting over 3 months already for roughly 18k and I see i'm not the only one.

Does anyone have any advice on how to pursue this matter? I’m willing to offer a bounty for anyone who can help me resolve this.

Yeah, it's smart of them to stop responding, even in this thread. No one really pays attention, and people just keep playing, so they keep making more money. This really shows they don’t care about their players and are just here to rip us off

The casino representatives avoid addressing problems on public platforms and instead direct you to contact support. Once you do, support keeps you waiting, repeatedly stating they are working on the issue and will update you soon. This has been going on for over three months. It seems like they're just stalling the process, and I've seen at least five people who have been waiting for over two months, with a total amount exceeding $100,000.

If you're really that serious with your complaint and allegation, we have a section where you can post your complaint. You can go to the scam section and post all your evidences and all your experience, this is not the right venue for your complaints and allegation.
Make it formal, State your case post all your evidence so the DT can investigate and if they have support, they can address your complaint because this can harm their reputation, of course, you need to prove that you are a victim here and you did not violate the terms Of the casino you're playing.

I understand your point. However, several others have already filed formal complaints on Casinoguru, and Hunnyplay has not taken them seriously, as they haven't even bothered to respond. It will likely be the same if I were to file a complaint on Bitcointalk. I will refrain from making further statements, but I just wanted to warn others.

I stopped communicating with support as they’ve proven to be unhelpful. All I receive are lies and excuses, making any further contact pointless. Forewarned is forearmed. This casino deserves no business. Waiting over two months for a withdrawal is completely unacceptable. The support manager blamed crypto fluctuations, but as a crypto casino, you should be equipped to handle such fluctuations. If not, you shouldn’t accept crypto deposits. Hunnyplay has turned into a dishonest and scam operation

You repeat the same thing every time, no one expects you to solve the issue, but I guess you have communication with someone who is above ordinary support and who mostly doesn't know anything, not to say that they are incompetent in many cases for more serious issues. If you just repeat the same thing, you are not much different from ordinary support.

So I guess you could get in touch with some of the top guys and maybe speed things up a bit... as some of the other casino reps do. In general, it is also a good advertisement when the casino representative shows goodwill and tries to solve the problem.

I hope you understand that the complainant is posting this out of frustration because he feels that he is being ignored its better to resolve this issue right away to avoid escalating this into a scam accusation.

He first posted this issue 20 days ago and the response is not satisfactory; his money has been stuck for 50 days
that's too much patience already.

HunnyPlay is doing great in the last two years accusation like this will derail in establishing your reputation, Hopefully on the complainant's next post it will be positive and he'll get his money or Hunyplay will give a satisfactory reason why they withhold the withdrawal.

Thank you for your support. Really appreciate it. I think i've been patient enough already and they are far from a resolution.

Because I don't think a resolution is to pay 10% of my withdrawal after 3 months. Also because if they do, the whole point of "being busy with verification process" is nonsense. And that of course is a lie.

I see they have enough dollar value in their contract. So the only resolution would be to get this withdrawal going within a couple of days.

I am happy to give all the information on every game I played, because there is absolutely no reason to withhold this withdrawal.

Actually, I agree on what you say and I really loved playing there, but this is just not right.

There is no resolve plan other than release 10% of the withdrawal (700$) at the end of this month. So you think that is a resolution for this problem; waiting 3 months for 10%?

I saw enough cash in the contract many times to pay me in full the past 8/9 weeks and still you refuse to.

I think everyone here must know that until you pay me out in full, you are not a good project and the funds of your players are NOT SAFE.
