You are right bro, that's precisely what I mean but unfortunately the Pinocchio narrative (plant one BTC you will harvest money) is so strong in some parts of the crypto universe that people think they won't only harvest fiat money but also Bitcoins along with it. They maybe think they will be able to buy more Bitcoins with the money they will earn but they are wrong, they won't be able to buy more Bitcoins if the price stays at the same level of their sell or if it goes up. They could even lose Bitcoins at the end if they want to do that actually.

I'm still tryna understand the purpose of this post...  You just wanted to create a sort of "guide" to motivate peeps into HODLing BTC??.. or you wanna learn how to invest your money on cryptocurrencies?? What's the main idea?.. whatever the case is, coupled with the bold letters on your post, I feel you don't need to jump into HODLing Bitcoin because you're in a problematic condition.
it's not even about the funds right away.., it's about the techs.. he doesn't sound like he's got any preknowledge of what Bitcoin is, talkmore of having any skill... anyone can't just begin to trade on a real account without the knowledge on how to do so - it wouldn't take a second to get wiped off your feets with the current volatility.

As you have mentioned, trading, mining, and investing in bitcoin can really help you earn money in bitcoin, but honestly, you really need a reasonable amount to start all this if you really want to be earning in bitcoin. Another important thing is knowledge. You have to have proper knowledge and skills, especially when you want to be trading. What I think is important is that you can start with basic knowledge now as a newbie investing in bitcoin, but you will be able to hold it for a long period of time if you really need reasonable profits from your bitcoin investment.
 
From your write-up, I can see that you said it was a hard time for you. That shows that you are not financially okay for now, but you are looking for ways to earn from bitcoin. you can also earn here in this forum if you are truly ready, by participating in signature campaign but you can't really do that now because you are still newbie,mostly members that get opportunity to participate in signature are full members upward, so you need to ranks your account first before you can able to participate in any signature and start earning.

before you can able to rank up your account you have to be knowledgeable especially about cryptocurrency so that you can be contributing to forum like posting available information to forum, and if other members see that your post worth meriting they will start meriting the post, and from there you start your journey of ranking up your account... You can earn from BTC in different ways in this platform, but for you to make it easy to yourself, just try have huge amount of money and wait for the bear run to come before you can use the money to buy any amount of BTC you want and hodl for bull run to occur before you can sell. But if you don't have money to invest in BTC, you can try grow your account to member or full member to apply for signature campaign were you can be earning BTC weekly and it will help you to achieve your goal in the future.

If you are talking about the mining aspect, it will be difficult for you to earn BTC through mining as a newbies because, that aspect requires potential wisdom to be an expert in mining before you can begin to earn some BTC.

It is good we acquire a skill before even thinking of earning money from the forum. We need to be wise and intelligent for us to be able to earn from Bitcoin. I don't really know what yoir financial status is like right now, but  if you having nothing right now I'll tell you do not see bitcoin as what can make you to be rich. I understand what you meant @Saint. This is because wrong information is easily digested by some gullible newbies who do not research on their own but depends wholly on what they got from the forum. No matter how long anyone holds bitcoin, the number of bitcoin will never increase nor decrease. What changes is the fiat equivalent and at particular time due to volatility.

It is this fiat equivalent that determines if we made profits from bitcoin investment or we lost. I don't understand what you mean bro. How you can earn more Bitcoins, by just holding them as long as possible? This is BS, you won't earn any Bitcoin by doing that,  it's dangerous to say things like that in the beginners section, you're not even likely to earn fiat because Bitcoin is highly unpredictable and volatile. The opposite could be right, because some tokens produce coins by staking them, so you can earn more Bitcoins once they are exchanged, but not this way unfortunately, because BTC uses a PoW scheme instead of a PoS one.
