I only ask for their tax declaration they anyway made.
lol, "I am only asking tax declaration", yes "only" like it is something very normal and everyone asks regularly, I am asking everyone around here, when was the last time you have asked for tax declaration of any place you have ever visited?

Do you really go to a cafe and ask for tax declaration to see how legit they are? You are not making any sense man, I know you are trying to troll and abuse people here and we all know you like attention because you obviously not getting any in real life but if you are going to bother casinos at least find something real, there are tons of casinos in crypto world that is legit scamming their users right now, go pick on them for what they did and have exactly one proof that you managed to get people got paid back thanks to your enforcement, then maybe people will take you seriously.

Wasn't there supposed to be new coins announced today that you can play with? Bitcoin Cash or something like that?

It is on the blockchain and I can not check who is the receiver, right?

So EOSBet can send profit shares worth millions to its own wallets, right?

That is basically applies to every single website ever. Like you can literally assume people are withdrawing from any website and as long as the first person doesn't come out and say I did a withdraw and here is my signed message from my address and here is signed message from casino that its their address and here is the txid of the money they have sent me.
If it applies to every single website, then it is worthless to refer to the blockchain as proof of 7 million USD profit, right?

Basically, what you are asking right now is that eosbet team should sign a message with their address and the people who are getting their dividends should sign theirs to prove it is theirs and than show you the txid when they get a dividend. Would you also like to get them to clean your house, wash your dishes, cook you a dinner, bath you and than tuck you into your bed at night?
I only ask for their tax declaration they anyway made.

It's fine, don't worry about him too much. He's actually a good sport when he's in a "sane mode." Too bad, he often ends up in a "mentally ill mode."

t the level of "here is the blockchain proof of eosbet paying dividends" its fine, just giving you a link and that is all but at the level of "do 3 hours of work just to prove it to me" it becomes we don't give a damn about what you think, pushing your limits won't get you an answer at all.

The dividends they pay to their own accounts are costs?
Let's say (hypothetical) there was no real human player there to "mine" the BET token.
At least 250,000 BETs have been rewarded as bounty

Are you saying all of those bounty participants aka BET holders are their own accounts?

In the real world it is investment fraud to publish false winnings to attract customers!

I asked for their accounting and tax declaration, but until today they did not deliver!

The whole EOSBet investment fraud scheme works based on bla bla bla propaganda without any proof!

In the real world the one who claims something has to deliver the proof!

To show their tax declaration would be sufficient, but they did not declare 7 million USD winnings, maybe 100,000 USD! Grin
Then if you are so sure why are you still bitching here?
Go to reputation/scam accusation!

But you can't aren't you? Because you don't have proofs Grin

Therefore EOSBet can make transactions to itself and false and misleading implying that it was sent to players.

Do you mean wash trading? Bot txs? If you are serious about your accusation, try to create something similar to BitWise research. The difference is, here, this kind of practice cost something (i.e. dividends), not like in other centralized servers.
The dividends they pay to their own accounts are costs?

Killing is kissing, sun is moon and car is checkered, right?

Game Protect has many years experience with online casinos and it is impossible that a new online casino with a bad games offer and bad marketing and 50% more house edge than competitors can make one million profit within the first months!

Therefore their claim that they made 7 million USD profit is a blatant lie to mislead potential customers to play there!

This is a good argument. But IMO not enough to make a serious case against them if no bet is rigged, no victims, no research, nothing!

Feel free to open flag or create thread in reputation/scam accusation. But if you want to play detective, you must provide real evidence and not just hypothesis/reasoning. Your attitude won't help you protect your customers (if any).

Well, since this is rather humane discussion, I'll respond.

Thank you for confirming that the transactions are to someone and someone can be anyone including EOSBet!
Yes, that "someone" could also be Satoshi (it is called pseudonymous)!

Therefore EOSBet can make transactions to itself and false and misleading implying that it was sent to players.

No exchange wants to list their BET fantasy token furthermore confirms that EOSBet generates a very low revenue and profit.

Of course can EOSBet lie here on the forum about millions profit and lifetime revenue share, but if you request the listing of tokens, then some basis checks are made and they obviously failed! Cheesy
This is also a good hypothesis. Let's see if they can list this token or not.

For newbies in the dark, this is how you check EOSBet activities on EOS blockchain:

1. Someone receive BET token
- Click https://bloks.io/account/betdividends
- See "Transactions", search for "Transfer - betdividends"
- You will see something like this "eosbetdice11    →   gyztsobqgyge 0.02 BET"

2. Someone add EOS dividend
- Click https://bloks.io/account/betdividends
- See "Transactions", search for "Receive Token"
- You will see something like this "eosbetbank11    →   betdividends 0.0061 EOS"
- Notice that the transaction hash from 1 & 2 is identical, this means gyztsobqgyge received 0.02 BET and put 0.0061 EOS in pool

3. Someone claim EOS dividend
- Click https://bloks.io/account/betdividends
- See "Transactions", search for memo "Dividend payment from EOSBet -- eosbet.io"
- You will see something like this.

Not only that information can be obtained, but how many bet and what is the detail of aforementioned bet.
Since you know the bettor id is gyztsobqgyge then go ahead search the tx timestamp.
Oh here is the result.
Code:
Bet LOST
gyztsobqgyge bet 0.4000 EOS to roll under a 31. They lost 0.4000 EOS by rolling a 50.
Bet #: 10044478716171774789

If anyone ever wants to show others how much they got paid it would have to be a blockchain link, which means you can actually check it yourself too instead of waiting for others to post it.

I don't really understand how "people do not post their dividends" neither. I mean just to inform the uninformed, eos doesn't pay you in hand, there is no "we have sent your money with UPS" type of situation, it is ALL on blockchain, everyone should know that, which in return means that if you get paid then you see it on blockchain and on your wallet, which means you can see other people getting paid as well as yours. Hence there will never be a picture of some eosbet employee giving a check to some shareholder for their dividends or something like it is 1970's, if you want to see people getting paid you check blockchain.

If anyone ever wants to show others how much they got paid it would have to be a blockchain link, which means you can actually check it yourself too instead of waiting for others to post it.
