No it's not, the Lansdowne Building is serviced offices and has a number of companies registered there, probably through an agent.
When this EarnTomorrow nonsense came up originally, they listed their company registration number in their "About us" section and it came up as Earn (UK) Ltd, at that Croydon address.

The c/o Innovation ACBS part of their address refers to a company called Innovation Air Conditioning and Building Services, which has two common directors with Earn (UK) Ltd, a woman called Antoinette Mitry and a Mr. Nabil Mitry. Her email is [email protected].

So, anyone wanting a chat about missing funds would be advised to contact one of them.
It is quite possible that the Earntomorrow scammers just used the Earn (UK) Ltd. details without the knowledge of the rightful owners, so don't feel you need to go immediately crazy at someone who may not know what you are talking about.
