It's pretty hard to say about the current situation what is going on behind the scene whether they want to continue with this business or not. Only support section is active on website and that is fastest way to get response. But you already used this option than you have to consider it as loss.

I will for sure make a complaint to their regulator but then again it's curacao! I am not expecting many things from this!

It's sad to hear about your story but unfortunately they are not active into this topic from a long time. So that I don't think your issue will get resolved by posting there. This is big disappointment to hear this type of stories from this project because at the beginning it was looking very promising but they leave it for dying.

So here's my issue : 3 days ago i deposited 0.01 btc , i gamble these funds and when i asked for a withdrawal of about 115 $ worth of btc
i was asked to complete KYC
I originally send my national id card and a selfie holding my id , However the verification failed and i got an email stating that "document is expired" ! I then contacted customer service via live chat and email explaining that my national id card have NO expiration date , and that my card is obviously still valid not only to my country but to all EU countries.

I got no answer and then i send a second form of id (my driver's lisence) for KYC purposes , which again failed , this time cause according to edgless's system document "was not readable" !

after that second failed attempt i contact them again and send via email all the documents ( id card and driver's lisence ) , and also offer the alternative for
 for a skype or viber call in order to verify my account.

2 days after my original contact and several attempts to reach customer service noone is answering !
This is by far the worst customer service i 've ever seen !
And all that just to withdraw 100ish amount of usd ! Which shouldn't need any KYC in the first place (i believe their curacao regulator requires KYC for at least 2000+ withdrawal)
I could only imagine the hurdles for getting back to your wallet larger amounts

So i hope someone will help here and resolve this asap , cause maybe the amount is small but for principal reasons i am not willing to let this go and sleep on my funds!

So sad its been 6 days since i deposited and verify. and they cant even response. I think this site is dead. how can they attract players if this is what they doing. they cant even attract and market there site. terrible.

Don't know how long it has been like this, but there is no other solution besides waiting, they don't even have some kind of group so we can get support quickly, I also see in the chat box there are some who have problems, but also don't get support. Try to PM through this forum, since they post an update in this thread few days ago.

Well, I was an invested of EDG but I dump all I have already, they were great before the bull run and during the bull run but the price is really cheap now compared to the past, hope you'll make a good profit here, respect to the project that gives me profit before. But that's not for the bad platform. If the team behind edgeless was doing something great and there will be no a massive decrease on its users. It looks like the popularity of the casino platform that builds on ethereum platform is getting robbed by another platform just like EOS and TRON.
Edgeless must try to do something that will bring back them again to play on this platform.

Why player per day is fewer and fewer players each year? are there many who don't like it or don't benefit from playing egdeless?

Somewhat disappointing.... It is my first time in a long time to try and play at the Edgeless casino to see if if it is easy and fun to play there. First observation, many of the demo games don't work, the site doesn't allow cards to be dealt or allow bets to be placed on some games. It is very easy to just move on to another casino site if this happens to a new visitor. I don't know why the team doesn't place importance to demo games while many big-time gaming platforms provide FREE GAMES at Facebook in order to lure new players to the real money games in their platforms.

Secondly, if I don't know anything about cryptocurrencies, it is quite an obstacle to deposit fiat going through Changelly and then Indacoin via credit card. Whereas in Pokerstars, there is a fast deposit feature within their app. I think Edgeless should make fiat deposits in-house and not resort to third parties.

However, bitcoin, eth and EDG deposits are very easy (being crypto and all).

I think Edgeless is too crypto-centric and rely too much on the patronage of the crypto community. Well, if this is the strategy for Edgeless, the casino will probably wait for a crypto bullmarket before customers come.

Frankly, it doesn't inspire confidence if something is broken. It just tells a newcomer that this site maybe be gone tomorrow.

#EDG #EDGELESS Looks like a nice Buy Opportuniy. i wouldn't mind to invest a bit x times 20 , having in mind this coin was 40 cents last year.

Maybe the reason for the constant decrease of players is the fact that there is no multiplayer poker or sport betting. Or fiat gateway. It was pointed out by community members in this forum number of times but sure blame in on the market.

These monthly reports are appreciated and all but if this forum is one of the official channels of communication then at least engage in the discussion. Ignoring suggestions from the community is not very professional. At least have the decency to explain why some of the suggestions are not not good for the project or maybe suggest some alternative solution.
