Yes, no need of burning any coins as they are only produced if the smart contract receives ETH. And I think it is good to have coins below 100 million as they will have better distribution and an equal chance to see an appreciation in the value.

Bounty might be paid by this week. I can see ETH addresses been added in doc.

Another baseless scam accusation of Edgeless Project. The ICO finished less than a week ago and also the devs promised to give updates concerning Exchanges Listing for EDG tokens plus an updated roadmap.

What issues? Not a scam, the best gambling project in this year.

Never mind a newbie making some baseless accusation, I'm sure he is just one of the bounty hunters who cannot wait for the actual distribution
of bounty to take place. The project was successful and no doubt about that, actually it was good timing since the value of ETH for now is rising.
The support is busy with the development of the project, and for now it's important to wait for a big news and let's hope it will be listed in bigger
exchanges for bigger volume which would make the price stay above ICO.

The EDG tokens were automatically distributed to investors during the ICO. So right now, Investors have their EDG tokens in their ETH wallets. You can transfer The tokens and trade via OTC or wait for exchange listing. That should explain your question.
