Those late bounty hunters do not deserve the money I want to claim, if they have loved this project and believe it, they should join before the milestone 1 done, limit to 300 is necessary to prevent more cheaters jump on board so lately.

300 is a fair number for the developers and the signature participants. Developers wants to get right exposure for their project and also need to prevent dumping from likely bounty cheaters.

Ethereum pumps hard again, no wonder the price is so high again, actually the fund increased due to Ethereum rise, maybe they should set more proportion bounty release to milestone 1, not 20%, should be 40%.

Yes, at least it is better than chronobank or decent, too many signature participants will deflate normal posters' stakes, I fully agree with this rule.
