Yesterday were many attempts to take Bitcoin over $ 5k when none succeeded investors are trying to get more profit from altcoins now as normal. Good decision, it's the same trend, it's always good to buy at dip and sell at peak.
When the news about the license will come, we can easily make good money, this is something to watch from all the alts that are falling.

That's true, that can be noticed if we check the entire altcoins market, bitcoin is going to it's ATH again and that is the result.
Nothing we can do with this type of situation to make the price rise again, just be patient and hold your tokens if you do not want to sell for a loss.
In the end those who have trust in the project will get bigger rewards once they announce the good news about the license and the main launch.

This is crypto I don't think this is fault of dev team if anybody have very high expectation and don't know how to take him on safe side. But if you are dreaming to get rich with this project than you have to wait till few years when the team will get succeed to deliver all their promises.

That 40K if it happen today then I guess we are so happy now, sadly the license did not push through at the estimated date and that made people dump.
