Basically, we will setup a faucet account and it will mint new EIDOS every second, and you can claim a small percentage of this faucet anytime. And since eos transactions are free, you are basically claiming a portion of the faucet for free. Tentatively, 25 EIDOS tokens will be minted for 40M seconds (about 15 months), 20 EIDOS goes to the faucet pool to be given to everyone, 5 EIDOS goes to devs, founders, bounties, etc. We intend to give additional 100M EIDOS as bounty for our price oracle and usd stablecoin project.

U mean 45 % EIDOS token will goes to faucet pool to give everyone free？ i don't really know your idea...forgive my lack of knowledge too...
