I'm not the only one with this issue.

i have a same problem here, one of the miner just cannot mine in eligius pool, although i can see its speed is 1000G locally, it seems like the local time shown in miner is wrong and maybe the problem

Any ideas Wiz or Luke?
Yes, I'm getting this too, the stats and graph can swing wildly at times... only over the last 4 days. Earnings and payouts still seem fine though.

Are you sure you read what I posted. If so, what you're saying is the eligius stats are prejudice to a particular machine, if you are saying it's just the stats acting up.
Apologies, I did read what you posted, but was addressing the issue about the stats choking and not reporting the same as my miner... I thought it might be related.

On a positive note, it seems the stats have been stable for the last 5 hours or so  Smiley

Shocked Huh Roll Eyes  Do these make more sense? ...seem more appropriate with the level of reading comprehension.

For anyone else that has this problem, ckolivas gave a answer:

Kano, would like to know if you have any input on this issue of pool hash rate  being only %1 of cgminer hash rate. Providing links below to 'posts' as the text is on the larger side.

This is their custom fork of cgminer + driver. They do not have proper diff checking in their code. That's the sort of thing you get with a poorly done custom driver by a manufacturer. Tell them to fix their driver. In the interim try to use a pool that allows you to use a fixed diff that matches whatever the device is set to.

The diff. was set to '1000', I lowered it to '256' and it seems to be working petty good. I may lower it to '128', to see if it gives a more stable result.

The ongoing DDoS had shifted gears and they're attacking database intense functions of the stats from thousands of IPs making it hard to filter.

Its causing *stats side* database replication lag, which is playing havoc with random hashrate calcs.

Pool side (ie: the important stuff like earnings) are not affected.

The attackers goal seems to be to stir up confusion.   Judging by these posts its unfortunately working. :-/

Regular as clock work daily payouts past three days...thank you  Smiley

+1

I have the same setting on three pools (2 TH/s each set), and although Eligius doesn't show the correct figures, the payout is constant and reflects what my calculations are. Andd: It is higher than the other two pools :-)

I seen some mention of it on this page, have the stats been choking  lately? I just added a new miner a few hours ago and pool side G/H are like 1% what cgminer is reporting. My other miners that have been running are showing proper for the most part, although they are down a few hundred G/H.

More side effects of the continual DDOS attacks.  Actual earnings are unaffected.

M

Doesn't seem that way for me. I had a few hour power outage over night. All miners '22 minute' and below averages were 0. Everything is back up and the new miner is still showing Only %1 pool side hash rate of what cgminer is reporting, while the rest of the miners are showing the correct hash rate. Any ideas?

If you read through this thread, at least the last few pages, WizKid discusses combating ongoing DDOS attacks on the stats pages/site. From what I gather the mining pool and earnings have been unaffected.

One percent!  Normal for me is around 7%.  We have been complaining about 25-to-30% difference from local to pool difference.

I would like just to move payment for this address since it is hi risk that it will be stolen too...

Doing so is not possible by design.

The CPPSRB setup is designed so that even if an attacker were to somehow gain access to the CPPSRB software, manipulating payouts or redirecting funds would be extremely difficult.  The balances are calculated from the full share log, and to move a balance, the share log would have to be altered.  Since altering the share log isn't really possible, moving a balance to another address is also equally impossible.

This is really for everyone's security.  It is up to the users to secure their payout addresses.  It is up to the pool to pay them.  If the pool/myself were able to intervene and change who gets paid then there would be security risks and other risks associated with those practices that I'm not willing to bear.

Basically, not even I have the ability to move a balance.

Brilliant!!     Cool

"So, I just ask that everyone please understand that I can't keep dedicating time and effort into combating this pointless attack when other items on the list are more important. I've spent many many hours hardening the pool side against this so that miner earnings arent effected. "

Also Brilliant!!

my hashrate of some miners is still bouncing around a lot - 2 of the miners have dropped to 0 and bounced back up a few time sin the last 6 hours and its a bit dissapointing since it seems similar to the hashrate issues yesterday
My miners are split.  Half of them look fine now and the other half are way below their output rate locally.  I switched one of the low running miners to another pool and it was showing full hash rate there.  I want to say that what we see in data is not hurting the btc earned, but my earnings are down also.  Us having some long rounds the past few days only makes the earning look worse.  I am keeping my miners pointed here to see how this averages out over the week.  Making day-to-day switches of mining pools is not the smartest way to see returns.  Weekly averaging is better but luck is luck.

hoping things get fixed up soon - I am still seeing some odd dips and peaks that are well outside of any anomalies caused by hardware

No it was not encrypted as I never plan to have 1,6BTC in it and I have just set it up. Since we were in failsafe for so long and we had long payout queue we got that hi. It was encrypted in Ufasoft coin but this wallet doesn't work well any more with current size of blockchain so I export it to fresh Bitcoin-Qt and didn't got to encrypting it yet(it was on a computer for less then a week). I was sure computer is save since it is running only wallets and you can't access it of the net and it has own firewalled subnet... But when I was sending BTC off it first and last time Smiley I was about to set password but was called by girlfriend that she needs help with daughter and I just turn it off computer and forgot about it. It was turned on only 2 times and second time I was hacked...

This makes no sense at all.
What makes no sense. That I didn't encrypted it at once I set it up?

How a brand new wallet can get emptied by some method involving OpenSSL, when you've said it's on a computer less than a week, behind a firewall, etc.  THAT makes no sense.

I'm starting to think 'bullshit'.
Just finish scanning... Noting found by AVG and Malwarebites. And why would that be so impossible. It gets private key. I was just unlucky that I was found that quick... It might be something else but I have no idea what... I will do reinstall just in case and change all wallets... Should be solution no mater what is the reason...

You wouldn't necessarily find malware - why should you? So what's the wallet your funds got transfered to?
From what I figure out is that he/she imported my private key to Blokchain wallet and transfer it from there.

Asked on support desk if they can give me same data on when account was opened and if there is any other data they can give me. Still waiting...
