Until now Elon Musk still holds 9.2 percent of Twitter shares, Elon Musk is also looking for a way to buy the Twitter company, maybe with the amount of finance he has, he can buy what he wants, but the problem is whether Twitter is willing to sell the company to Elon musk, but according to the media I read Twitter is not willing to release Twitter to Elon Musk, because the Twitter board last week did everything possible, so that Elon Musk could not increase his shares, now Elon Musk is determined to buy Twitter and he wants twitter to be fully belongs to him, we have to wait whether Elon Musk managed to buy the Twitter company or not??

Just because Elon buys a company, doesn't mean he will do something amazing. His first company? Merged with another successful company before being bought out and he was kicked at that point, tesla? Built way before he bought it, spacex? Dude has zero engineering education. So, twitter is just a social media where maybe he could actually do something, it is really uncanny how much people idolize him while he does absolutely nothing himself.

i can't understand how you can say that this is good news and a big change on twitter...Even though i'm not active on Twitter, i'm sure Elon only wants to market the dogecoin when he controls 100% of Twitter. Twitter will only crash because of Elon's control:D

We can't also control what fate will be for twitter if the price that Musk will offer the owner and the majority of the shareholders, we might wake up one morning he already own twitter and we will see his dog(doge) being widely promoted. As you said, he has that manipulating power using his huge trucks of money. We can't tell if twitter owners and the rest will be able to stand and continue to keep their holdings. The pressures are on them and how they will play this game with Musk's attempts to own the platform.

Elon is good solution of what. If Elon tweet is because is looking for profit and not that is the solution for anything else. And if you found it tweet as benefit to cryptocurrency. Can you elucidate why is the solution. Elon is a threat to bitcoin because all it information of bitcoin is what concern's bringing down the values. And it those that when it has plans to make profit

Elon Musk has made the right decision by buying Twitter shares and proposing to pay for Twitter ads with Dogecoin. Twitter has great potential and so many users that the potential profit is huge. If Elon Musk becomes the owner of Twitter, maybe Dogecoin will be popular among Twitter users in the future.

Will he use it for something like his new inventions, or is he planning to use it for something like space exploration or another business that he can profit from?I do agree that the amount was huge just for things like promoting Doge (but I think this is one of his many reasons why). He has something in my mind that he is the only one that can pull off. I can only imagine the data or advertisements he could use. Whatever the reason, I am hopeful that we will know what what he truly desires from Twitter rather than other platforms.
I am not sure if he does, but I know that Tesla is a data company is not a myth, it is a reality. Every single driver of Tesla basically sends back data of the roads to Tesla, which they use to create a roadmap basically, and then they use it to make the cars better self-driving cars with that data.So, that means Tesla knows how to use data, and that means Elon could use the same people to do something with Twitter as well. He is capable and he has done it before, so giving him this much data would result with something for sure. Will it be a good thing? Will it be a bad thing? How will he use it? I do not know, but I know that he would use that instantly.
Due to the fact that you brought up Tesla, The starlink for him had slipped my mind, lol! He can clearly see if everyone is using his internet from above, isn't he? Even though we could argue that it has negative consequences, it is still an innovation. I agree that it could be a good or bad thing, but he is definitely using it for innovation purposes that humanity can benefit from. When it comes to his purpose for collecting the data, I am hoping that we can all benefit from it.

Well sat the moment it seems the deal went through correct me if am wrong and I also know that Elon Musk is eyeing Twitter for the sole purpose of control over the speech since the micro blogging site Twitter have been a great tool for Elon Musk and his business the move to own twitter is majorly for personal gain and seeking control of the micro blogging site.

I was also thinking about the same but one thing is moving around in my mind. He is one of the biggest share holder of twitter so i guess he could force to join twitter board of directors. That position would be enough for him to do what ever he is up to. But he deliberately refused to accept that position too. Do not know why i always get a suspicious sense from his every action. May be he could use twitter to do his last exit pump from doge coin. This man love only wealth so it won't be surprise if he abandoned dogecoin in the future and start developing his own blockchain.
If this happens, of course, Elon Musk will make an overhaul of the management and system on Twitter, even though it is still in normal profitability, so buy or not, Twitter, which was previously centralized, will become decentralized.

Now, its just so difficult to say if, the Tweeter CEO is going to give it up or not. Having the most shares in tweeter is some leverage on the company but one thjng is for sure, there are others that would look to buy shares too and the company could always build from where ever it is left off. The potentials on Tweeter is so much to be crafted in to the hands of one man that would use it for his own benefits alone.
Unfortunately, money is hardly the need of these persons because, they are wealthy already. There only problem is to stay on top and that is archiveable only by being able to control the masses. Let hope this is not handed to him!

I think if Elon Musk really wanted to buy Twitter, he would have already bought it. Why hasn't he done this until now? Maybe this has some meaning? I do think that this sort of outlandish hostile takeover activity is going to attract a lot more invigilation from the regulatory bodies, which is not necessarily something that he wants.
However, the twitter board does look particularly weak right now and I don't think that there is an easy way out for them. But this situation for Elon isn't that clean either - he needs to get the funds to actually buy out Twitter if the deal goes through (which it probably wouldn't).
