I am not sure which tweet you are referring to but these celebs have the habit of falsely pumping coins when they want to sell so they get the advantage of the pump and able to make a good profit by using their influence which costs nothing.

You need to add a link to confirm your information is correct. I also follow his twitter but I have never seen him mention bitcoin price or say when this crypto winter will end. But in the end it's his prediction, just like us and there's no guarantee he's right. 
I hope that Bitcoin will increase in price, but it seems so bleak with what's happening right now. It would decrease first and then rebound when it reaches the support level of around the $14k range. I think it's best to be positive, but it doesn't seem so. It's hard to predict what will happen with the market, but make sure you can do what you can afford to lose.

Unless you post the Twitter link of Elon Musk, people like me will just treat this as speculation or fake news besides the market has been through a lot remember the pre-pandemic when Bitcoin almost crash to $5k, we all thought its the end but look at the market a few months ago before the FTX fiasco, the problem is with the centralized exchange Bitcoin is still Bitcoin and adoption still continues.
