While we can thank Mr. Musk for his optimistic aspirations, it is unfortunate that the crypto community cares about the statements of a man like him. Bitcoin price and the entire crypto market will recover because it is on solid ground. The price of Bitcoin in particular does not seem to be the most affected by the crisis, even in its extreme decline. The decline in its price does not at all reflect that it is the most safe haven, and despite that, Bitcoin is on the throne of the winners, even in crises.
He have mentioned it in the right way. We need the patience to experience the big rise of the market. Crypto community doesn't care about a man like him for what he done in the past with the market. Even without his words people all well aware about the potential of the market. Even at crisis it have grown and now too it is in such a situation. But anyway, even if he did say this, he just said the obvious, though he shouldn't have specified that it will end during the winter (another reason why this is a fake tweet). Look at the market and you will see that the price of bitcoin always went up after a bear market. Keep holding and in the long run, you will go home with some good profit.

For all intends and purposes he is not a financial hedge fund manager type of person or an executive in a wall street stock company. Obviously even if he was, that doesn't mean that he would know what bitcoin will do, it would be just a simple calculated guess.However, this dude is owner of a car company, a space shuttle company and a social media company nowadays. Which means that we are talking about someone who we shouldn't listen to or care about. Price will go up when we say it does, and that means we will buy, that’s it, nothing more to it.
I agree with you on this, I would rather listen to advice from someone with long experience in the market than take advice from Elon. He is a very good person in business but that does not mean he is perfect in every area. He is just a new entrant in this market from 2021 and don't forget what he did in 2021 is trying to manipulate the market to fill his pocket with no intention of helping the market develop.
It's sad when people invest without giving their own analysis or judgment but trusting celebrities. They are just like us in this market, it's all just predictions and nothing is 100% certain what they say will happen.

I think whatever Elon Musk says only as an ordinary tweet and will not make any influence, because anyone is now free to say or make predictions, the market will not wait for the tweet from Elon Musk to rise and it must happen even when he makes FUDs, And as investors we must have our own decisions so it does not panic if you see market conditions.

Everyone knows it's going to be a long winter. Especially after the Terra/LUNA implosion and the recent collapse of the world's second-largest crypto exchange. He's only saying it to see if market prices dump so he could grab more coins at a discount. People will ultimately lose all of their money by making decisions based on what Elon Musk says, while the man himself will cash out big time.
If OP was talking about that tweet, I saw it too. Although in the past he tried to manipulate the market for his own gain, people are starting to realize it too. But speaking of that tweet, I don't think he's trying to probe or try to manipulate the market again. What he said, everyone saw and I took it as an encouragement, not for personal gain. I believe he cannot influence the market again, if something is doge he can play but not with bitcoin.

Well i would say that is a pretty obvious statement for everyone that believes in the idea of cryptos. At the moment we are at around 1/4 of the last Bitcoin all-time-high price so it is not a very surprising prediction that the price of Bitcoin will rise again in the future above the levels that we are having now. I am not really sure though what Elon Musk is rally thinking about cryptos because in general his whole tweeting for Dogecoin a year ago or so was only a bit of fooling around of him in my opinion and i also think that if makes a tweet nowadays about Dogecoin then it has by far not the same impact anymore then it had back then obviously.
We can't argue with that and most of us can tell also that BTC will rise again and Elon Musk is just repeating it OP.

Might it takes so long before it comes, yet it was not a problem at all, especially for long-term holders. After 2-3 years of waiting, I know investors can still do it without hesitation. Btc down so much from ATH and now it's time to bull season for Btc and whole crypto market but I think this bull season will not remain long because these two years are looking to be bad for crypto market. I am expecting atleast 25k-30k for bull season. There is also chances of BTC to go down to 12k because of lot of bad News and Ftx.
Does everyone really care about Elon's tweets? I don't understand with these people. If only to say "the bullrun will come, soon" or "be patient", etc, just look at this forum; so many people are saying the same thing, right? We don't need Elon for those things.

I think as the crypto industry matures, investors and/or traders will stop following Elon Musk for good. It's only been 13 years since BTC's inception, but it still feels like crypto's early days. Once crypto becomes fully mainstream, market prices will be a lot higher than what they are right now. Ultimately, weak hands will sell and strong ones will "hodl". As long as you don't invest more than what you can't afford to lose, you'll have nothing to worry about. Just my opinion

This is obviously just Elon wanting some crypto community love again and i am betting that at the same time he is looking for liquidity pump to dump his personal crypto bags on. Because he said he won't be selling his personal crypto bags just while ago. Just like when he said that Tesla wouldn't be selling.

Everyone expects Crypto to return to its best growth after facing this long bear market. I hope that in the future we can enjoy the crypto market with healthier and more stable growth considering that Elon Musk is also here. Due to the limitations between these two crypto seasons it seems unfair in my opinion, because the bear market is very long whereas the bull market is very difficult.
We haven't even finished this year, and we still have next year for a bear market.
So I don't think that everyone is expecting crypto to return to its growth, unless you are really a newbie in this market and thinks that bear market is not going to last. It will be a long and hard grind for everyone here as 2023 will continue to be this bad. As for Elon, I think he can no longer influence the price of Bitcoin with this tweet or something. The only thing that I can see him move the price if he says that he bought billions worth of bitcoin. But it's not going to happen, on the contrary he sold a lot to acquire Twitter itself.
