ok, i have a question, i installed ELYCOIN on my pc , windows 7pro...had it running, mined some coins , showed up in wallet, sent to exchange.. so a couple
days later, i go to open wallet up, and now it opens for about 4 seconds, then closes..anyone know why this is happening.... thanks

Karbo has shared with members of ELYA community that they will published their release.
Therefore we will implement ASICS resistance.
Privacy is our main concern and the algo of Cryptonote provides privacy. Our wallet is stable, transfers are instant, users do not experience technical problems.
The result of using CN algo for ELYA coin and using ELYA stealth simcard provides the perfect level of privacy that our clients need since we started in the mobile smart card industry in july 2009.
The only reason for swaping to scrypt would be the pocket of the miners.
Instead of swapping coins, huge R.O.I. for the miners will be achieved with an equivalent of a Masternode : For that we will reward users who maintain permanently a minimum Air-Time balance on their simcards.

Our options are :
1/ to keep the current coin and wallet running because they worked perfectly so far and provide full anonymity of cryptonight while they serve perfectly their purpose which is to provide users the crypto currency of mobility and privacy, top-up simcards, sending payments from mobile to mobile,
And/or
2/ to swap/pair ELYA with a newly developed hybrid pos/ pow elya v2 with 1 million elya coin masternodes (huge ROI 75% reward per block) only after having duly tested all figures. The team insists that ELYA v2 cannot use cryptonight and will use scrypt instead.
