Don't take this as fud but why does it take so long to orchestrate a swap? I've been a part of other projects that executed it rather fast. Is it bc of the insane total supply?

It is not yet regulated in many countries. The governments think how to get a control over bitcoin and how to squeeze taxes out of you.
Is there a tutorial out there for staking via linux bash command line wallet? I don't want to stake with the desktop wallet, because I can save energy by staking with my virtual server, which is idling most of its time.
When is swap?
If you haven't gotten a reward for months you should really be staking in a pool maate, it's much more efficient.

i remember one of the new devs mentioning they fixed reward from 7000% to 700% , maybe they have done more than that, so no one gets reward anymore? is there anyone got reward anyone?

add 2 more zeros to that number and you will be fine, i had 1.3m back in the beginning of september and i staked it for well over a month with not 1 reward

Are there plans to get listed on any new exchanges? Maybe get on crypto bridge or one of the other new DEX's.
I like this project! Embercoin must be grow fast because good team develope it. I guess I will invest in this coin. Waiting for success! So.. Will see

The Ember coin community has always impressed me. So strong. I kinda disagree with changing the name in the coin swap.
